A new set of specs and details of the next-generation Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 series mobility graphics cards comprises GeForce RTX 3080, GeForce RTX 3070 and GeForce RTX 3060 are leaked online.
New Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 Mobile GPU Series Leak
On Twitter, industry insider momomo_us shared the listing of several gaming devices that feature the next-generation Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 Mobile series. The listing, courtesy of the EU-based laptop maker SKIKK, is no longer available. Several sites, however, already got a hold of the listing by screen capturing it before the company took it down.
The Dutch notebook maker noted that its laptops with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU cost 1699 EUR. More powerful devices that feature the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 GPU retail at around 1999 EUR. Its devices with the flagship Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080, meanwhile, are available at 2699 EUR.
All of those devices have the same 10th Gen Core Comet Lake CPU, with some sporting the Core i7-10975H and others equipping the Core i7-10870H. The list only shows the prices and specs of the laptops but its photos are not yet published.

Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 Mobile GPU Series Specs
The upcoming mobile GPU series from Nvidia is expected to be based on 8nm Ampere architecture. The GeForce RTX 3080 is anticipated to feature full GA104 with 6144 enabled CUDA cores. The flagship GPU is also expected to offer the GA104-775 GPU that could be clocked up to 1.7 GHz. Additionally, it is rumored to feature up to 16GB of GDDR6 memory, making it the first mobile GPU with such a feature.
The Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 is rumored to feature 5120 CUDA cores and GA104-770 GPU. It is anticipated to offer up to 8GB of GDDR6 memory and could be clocked at 1.6 GHz. The Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060, on the other hand, would reportedly feature fewer Streaming Multiprocessors compared to its predecessor. Apparently, it features 3072 CUDA cores and 6 GB of GDDR6 memory with a 192-bit memory bus just like the Turing model.
The Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 Mobile GPU series is rumored to launch on Jan. 12 at the recently confirmed Special GeForce Braodcast. Earlier reports claim that the same mobile GPU series would be announced at the CES 2021 and would be available within the same month.
