Nearly a year has passed since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle left their royal posts. But, it remains undisclosed how Prince William and the rest of the British Royal Family received the couple's decision behind closed doors.

After finalizing the deals of Megxit last year, Queen Elizabeth expressed her positive notes and wishes for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. However, she was the only one who spoke publicly, seemingly implying that the Firm fully supports the couple in their plans outside the monarchy.

Despite this, several speculations have since emerged that no British Royal took the bombshell decision lightly. A royal insider even recently claimed that the family, especially the Duke of Cambridge, felt "incandescent with rage," according to the Daily Express.

The source explained that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's announcement on Instagram broke all protocols. They did not, reportedly, clear it with anyone from the royal Firm, adding that it was a "declaration of war."

The members of the fold had an apparent "fury" as to how they did it without thinking about the implications. While Queen Elizabeth felt, allegedly, upset, rage fell upon Prince Charles and Prince William.

Royal courtiers could not even believe what the Sussex couple did. Despite all the unanswered questions, they proceed with what they wanted and did not think of anyone else.

Reports noted, though, that the bad blood between the Wales Princes began long before the talks of Megxit. Some sources claimed that it started when Prince Harry took offense over Prince William's reported advice about his brother's plans to marry Meghan Markle.

But, even though years have already passed since the former Suits actress officially joined the British Royal Family, the feud continued to develop. A royal expert, also, recently stated that the tensions might worsen further in the next few weeks, according to Page Six.

This comes after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex officially unveiled their new non-profit organization Archewell on New Year's Eve. On its website, the couple utilized an old photo of the youngest Wales Prince, alongside his mother, the Princess of Wales.

Phil Dampier told the Daily Mail that this will upset Prince William. He would not, reportedly, be happy as his brother seemingly "appears to be exploiting his mother's iconic status." Moreover, he opened the photo with a short note saying, "I am my mother's son," a statement that the Duke of Cambridge will not likely take lightly.
