Shameless season 11 episode 4 is officially coming this weekend on Showtime following a short hiatus. The Gallaghers will be facing a new problem now that the Milkoviches moved next door. There'll be a lot of chaos since both families are about to clash in "NIMBY."
In Shameless season 11 episode 4, the Gallaghers' biggest problem is the presence of the Milkovich family in the neighborhood. Since the latter moved in next door, there's going to be a huge drama coming along the way. This is something that may play out through most of the final installment.
Based on the synopsis, the Milkoviches wreak havoc following their move. This prompted Frank Gallagher (William H. Macy), Liam Gallagher (Christian Isaiah), and Kev Ball (Steven Howey) to orchestrate a plan to get rid of the family in the area.
While some members of both families may get along well, others won't back down and ready to start a war. The Gallaghers and Milkoviches weren't really on good terms. The situation gets more complicated after Ian Gallagher (Cameron Monaghan) and Mickey Milkovich (Noel Fisher) got married.
Since the Ball family joins the feud, this leads to a three-way fight. This inevitable chaos between the families could be an intense one. The complicated situation could also bring marriage problems to Ian and Mickey, and it could further challenge their relationship.
The two have been enjoying their lives as newlyweds, but they're now questioning who's the man in the relationship. This is something that they're going to figure out moving forward. And since their family is in the middle of a feud, their marriage will be hugely impacted.
As for what else is coming in Shameless season 11 episode 4, Carl Gallagher's (Ethan Cutkosky) personal and professional life will collide. He found joy in being a cop, but some setbacks come along with it. Some may question his ability, as well as his views in the policing world.
Meanwhile, Mickey will also start on his new job as Kev, and V Fisher's (Shanola Hampton) continue to progress. He'll begin on his security gig for the couple and may drag Ian along. The on-going feud between the three families may further cause new problems for everyone.
Also, Shameless season 11 episode 4 is going to feature the Little Miss South Side pageant. This has already been teased in trailers before. Gemma and Franny will be competing for the title, leading to a clash between their mothers V and Debbie Gallagher (Emma Kenney).
