Speaking to Bon Appetit, Aniston shared that she loves pasta, adding that it is the "only one" food that she likes to do. She calls her signature pasta dish, the "lean carbonara."

After preparing the pasta, Jennifer Aniston puts eggs, turkey bacon, cheese, garlic, and a little sauteed red onion into it. Sometimes, she would add "a little pasta water" if the portion needs it.

She continued that she does not use cream, butter, or oil, which are some of the most common ingredients in making a pasta dish. This is why the recipe appears to have surprised many individuals because it only entails a few simple ingredients.

Jennifer Aniston, also, talked about the three main breakfast she would always have. If not a smoothie, she would eat eggs and avocado toast or a bowl of oatmeal. But, while these meals appear to be ordinary, the actress revealed that she adds a few twists into each of these dishes.

In making her breakfast smoothie, she uses cherries, bananas, almonds, cacao powder, protein powder, and almond milk. She, also, puts "other weird antioxidant stuff" into the drink for a much healthier serving.

As for the eggs and avocado toast, she makes them by cracking the eggs into a bowl, alongside a white or two for more protein contents. She, then, partners it with an avocado toast, which has sprinkled salt and pepper, as well as a drizzle of olive oil. When she chooses to have her oatmeal in the morning, she prefers to have it with whipped egg whites.
