Floyd Mayweather is all set to face YouTuber Logan Paul next month although there are calls for him to consider a rematch with two familiar foes. Nothing close to a potential second fight with either Manny Pacquiao and Conor McGregor has gone down and manager Audi Attar seems to know why.

According to Attar, Mayweather is scared because both Pacquiao and McGregor can hand him a defeat if a rematch is set. He believes that this could rack in a big payday for the “Flamboyant One” but the chances of losing is a risk he is not ready to take.

"I do believe Conor vs Floyd again, he beats him. I don't think Floyd ever takes it," Altair said on Dubai Eye 103.8 Sport.

Attar also explained why “The Notorious” lost in his match to Mayweather in 2017. He says that they were surprised to face a usually defensive-minded Mayweather at the time, something that caught them off guard. However, it remains that any fighter needs to prepare well for anything, especially against someone like Mayweather.

Mayweather has been content doing exhibition matches which assure him of a big payday. Aside from McGregor, the undefeated boxer also took on Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa in December 2018. The 43-year-old won that handily, dropping the Japanese three times in the first round.

On Feb. 20, Mayweather will face another neophyte boxer in Logan Paul. “Money” is the odds-on-favorite to prevail and end up as the big winner anew. It appears to be easy money for Mayweather who could get minimal resistance from the 25-year-old YouTuber who has only one official fight to show in his professional boxing career.

This appears to be the route that Mayweather is taken with the intent of making big bucks and not tarnishing his unbeaten boxing record. Though he has teased on several occasions to face Pacquiao again, nothing has come close to it from happening. Attar is pretty unhappy.

"But he'll take a Logan Paul. He'll take the young Japanese fighter he fought previously. I think that's what he's going to do, Floyd knows he would lose if he took on either Manny Pacquiao or Conor McGregor," Attar said.

On whether Mayweather will suffer his first and only loss in the boxing ring remains to be seen. But for as long as he stays his current path, seeing that is highly improbable.
