Earlier this year, Riot Games assured fans that it will continue to roll out new features and content to "League of Legends: Wild Rift." A few days ago, it launched the Yorlde Expedition event and introduced multiple playable champions. Today, the game launches five new popular Star Guardian Skins from its PC counterpart, "League of Legends."

New Star Guardian Skin on "League of Legends: Wild Rift"

Riot Games announces the arrival of the fan-favorite "League" skins in the game through its official Twitter account. Players can now get their hands on Star Guardian skins for Ezreal, Jinx, Lux, Janna, and Lulu. interestingly, Lulu was added just a few days ago in the game through the Yordle Expedition, and she is getting a shiny new makeover today.

Some "League" players noticed that instead of Poppy as part of the original line-up, Ezreal took her place in "Wild Rift." However, fans should not despair since Riot Games will most definitely launch Poppy and her skin in a possible Star Guardian event in the game soon. All these Star Guardian skin are now available at "League of Legends: Wild Rift" in-game store for 1,325 Wild Cores.

Riot Games launched the Yordle Expedition event last Jan. 9 and is scheduled to end on Jan. 29. The event rewards players with new champions and other goodies for completing the challenges. It also introduced several Yorlde champions including Lulu, Kennen, Corki and Tristana. Fans are still waiting forthe arrival of Teemo.

Star Guardian Event in "League of Legends: Wild Rift"

With the arrival of the Star Guardian skins, some fans speculate that the Star Guardian event will soon roll out in the mobile MOBA title. In fact, YouTuber Chowz_Channel revealed a few weeks ago that they uncovered through data mining activities star skin textures, models and references in the game's alpha build. They hinted not only the launch of the skins but also of the possiblity of a new event related to the shiny new champions' look.

Players speculate that aside from the recentlylaunched Star Guardian skins, other champions will get their own star skin as well. This includes Star Guardian Ahri, Star Guardian Soraka and Star Guardian Miss Fortune among others. At the time of this writing, "League of Legends: Wild Rift" is on its open beta phase and playable in various regions all over the world.

Riot Games has not yet revealed the game's official releasedate. "League of Legends: Wild Rift" is playable on iOS and Android devices.
