Melania Trump has maintained her silence following her and Donald Trump's exit from the White House. She has yet to make new social media posts and appearances before the public. This is why it remains unclear what she will do now that she is no longer the First Lady of the United States.
Unnamed sources recently revealed, though, that she is "establishing" a post-White House office in Florida, according to CNN. She, reportedly, plans to maintain the East Wing's initiative, Be Best, despite being no longer in position.
The insiders, who claim to have knowledge about the plans, added that there will be three staff members in the said office. These are Hayley D'Antuono, Mary "Casey" Finzer, and Marcia Kelly, who all worked for her in the East Wing.
The same publication noted that Melania Trump, alongside her representatives, has yet to confirm the reports. Nevertheless, the sources, later on, stated that the office is now functioning in Mar-a-Lago, where the former First Family currently resides.
While the temporary space is already up and running, staff members are, reportedly, "at time working remotely." Moreover, the former First Lady is, also, said to be "looking for a separate office space in the Palm Beach area."
The claims come days after publicist R Couri Hay told The Times that Melania Trump will likely "disappear" from public life as she has no interest in it. She, reportedly, plans to be a full-time "homemaker," as she now wants to focus on her family and Barron Trump.
Author Kate Andersen Brower echoed the statements of the personality, according to the Daily Express. She agreed that the former First lady will not return to social media nor her public life.
Apart from this, Brower, also, suggested that Trump's Be Best campaign is now "dead in the water" considering that she is no longer in position. She believes that the initiative has no place to go in the future because Melania herself appears to take no interest in it.
In the end, the author explained that her beliefs came after witnessing the things that happened during Trump's tenure as the First Lady of the United States. She emphasized that the public "barely saw her," adding that the campaign itself "was not even really defined in any way."
Brower's statements about Be Best appears to be in parallel with some others' notions about it. Reports claimed that Melania Trump "did little to help clarify or expand on her platform" in the last four years.
