The new chapter's full summary, via BlockToro, reveals Zen'in Family Special First Rate Zen'in Naoya Maki is in critical condition. The leak also mentions Special First Rate Zen'in Ougi and Special First Rate Zen'in Jinichi, and they have been notified of Zen'in Naobito's death.
Naobito's will holds the next clan's head, and he wants it to be Naoya. However, If Gojo Satoru meets his demise or lost his mental capacity to lead, the Zen'in family will replace him with Fushiguro Megumi as the new clan head.
It looks like Naoya doesn't want this to happen, and so, he vows to kill Megumi and Itadori. Now, two people are hunting Itadori: Okkutso and Naoya. Will they all meet in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 138?
Choso and Itadori Choso strongly believe Itadori has nothing to do with Eso and Kechizu's deaths, thinking it is only an accident. However, it looks like a lot of sorcerers need to be convinced. The two are now hunting cursed spirits.
