My Hero Academia Season 5 will drop on small screens next month. While the long wait is almost over, there are still a few weeks left in store for fans to witness other titles.

Over the years, anime series have become more apparent on Netflix. Screen Rant stated that there are several similar materials on the platform that followers and viewers may check while waiting for Izuku's return.

One of the closest is The Irregular At Magic High School. Based on the title alone, it already has similarities with the Quirk-filled world series.

The only different thing, however, is that this anime material features an era where magic is an "actual technological force" rather than a product of folklore and imagination. Nevertheless, it still offers the same vibe and world as what My Hero Academia provides to its viewers.

Apart from this, avid fans and viewers may, also, check the Classroom of the Elite. Although the series focuses more on "real-life drama" than fantasy, the classroom setting gives the general viewers a similar course to the world of Quirks.

The publication, later on, included Little Witch Academia in the list of the anime series to watch, particularly for individuals who love My Hero Academia. It is a Netflix Original but it offers the same general storyline as the former title.

The setting is in a magical school wherein young girls undergo training and education to "hone magic skills." Like Izuku, the central protagonist in the course, Akko, aspires to join the school despite not having powers of her own.

Another popular title on the platform is Naruto. This appears to be ideal material, especially for anime lovers who have not watched or read it yet.

In the course of the plot, Naruto attends a ninja school, The Academy, which is where the story begins. Similar to Izuku, Naruto had struggles during his early years because he was an outcast.

My Hero Academia Season 5 will premiere on March 27. Reports said that it has become one of the most anticipated anime materials to return this year after the peak of the pandemic crisis.

Devdiscourse reported that fans have been waiting for its arrival since April last year. This came after Weekly Shonen Jump revealed the fifth installment's confirmation before the public.

The details of the plot, as well as the main timeline of the new installment, remain scarce. But, sources believe that the upcoming episodes will "portray a joint training arc." It will, also, reportedly, include Tomura's backstory, adding that Izuku's challenges against the main antagonist will "likely be under focus."
