My Hero Academia Season 5 drops a new visual that gives a glimpse of the heroes from Class 1-A and Class 1-B. There will be new and familiar faces that are about to dominate the next installment, and it seems to tease an intense new season.

The franchise's official website unveils the new teaser poster for My Hero Academia Season 5. After the previous season ended with a major cliffhanger, the fifth season is expected to answer all fans' questions.

According to Epic Dope, anime's chief animator and character designer Yoshihiko Umakoshi draws the visual himself. Aside from the upcoming new season, it may also be to celebrate the franchise's five years of broadcasting.

In the snap, fans can see the students from Class 1-A, Midoriya, Bakugo, Todoroki, and other students. There will also be some unfamiliar faces that viewers are about to meet.

My Hero Academia Season 5 will be featuring the joint training classes between Class 1-A and Class 1-B. Fans are about to know more of these heroes when the new episodes start to drop.

In addition, Class 1-C's Hitoshi Shinso will share the spotlight with Midoriya. This student is a hero candidate who will be joining in the one-on-one battles.

Comicbook noted Shinso made his first appearance in the Sports Festival arc. Here, he might once again try to prove that he is worthy of the Hero Course.

He dresses like Aizawa in the poster, except for the face mask similar to Class 1-A's homeroom teacher Eraser Head. Shinso has a mind control quirk power, per Siliconera. He can control anyone's actions, especially if they respond verbally to him.

He is last seen in the U.A. Sports Festival as Deku's formidable opponent. In this storyline, he used his ability to put Deku on the back foot, insulted him to give up, and almost forced him to quit the match.

Elsewhere, fans expect My Hero Academia Season 5 to reveal the real meaning behind Deku's dream in Season 4's final episode. Does this mean he can broaden his "spectrum of powers more" when he returns to his quirk?

My Hero Academia Season 5 will drop on Saturday, March 27. For fans who want to catch up on the series, they can re-watch the whole four seasons on Hulu, Crunchyroll, and Funimation.
