BLACKPINK has already performed on various stages across the globe. With their fame and success, it is not surprising that the K-Pop group has the ability to deliver impressive performances before their audience.
Since their debut in 2016, the four K-Pop idols have repeatedly received praises and commendations for their music and concert productions. Koreaboo listed some of these moments, detailing which ones have seemingly caught the eyes of the many because of their "cool" and "gorgeous" setups.
Several of BLACKPINK's performances on Inkigayo appear to top the list. Five out of the included ten stage sets are from the said venue, seemingly proving that the K-Pop group has always outdone themselves every time they perform on Inkigayo. These five sets include their performances for "BOOMBAYAH," "Stay," "DDU-DU DDU-DU," "Whistle," and "Kill This Love."
The outlet, also, noted two of the idols' iconic performances on Show! Music Core. Based on the given chart, their "As If It's Your Last" and "Lovesick Girls" stage sets are the ones that stood out the most.
The public appears to applaud, as well, some of BLACKPINK's production sets on M Countdown. The specific stage performances that have been deemed "best" and "iconic" are the ones wherein they performed "On The Ground," "GONE," and "Playing with Fire."
While the compliments continue to pour over the popular K-Pop group, fans are still in the waiting game as the four idols have yet to return to the stage. It remains unclear when they will perform again in front of their audience, alongside their impressive and iconic production and stage sets.
The public last saw BLACKPINK on stage when they had their concert earlier this year. It was a virtual show, though, as social gatherings were still discouraged due to the pandemic.
But, despite this kind of setup, it did not stop the four K-Pop idols to bring their "wow factor." The Daily Trojan Online even said that their overall stage set and design on THE SHOW "allowed BLINKs to get a feel" for the BLACKPINK's talents through various performances.
These days, the members of the group are seemingly focusing on their respective solo projects. Following their successful virtual concert, they all have since taken their own time to work on their other ventures outside BLACKPINK.
While Jisoo is currently working on her drama series, Snowdrop, Lisa is mentoring trainees on Youth With You 3. As for Rosé, she recently dropped her solo debut album. Meanwhile, Jennie previously launched her own YouTube channel.
