IU continues to attract the attention of the public following the release of her fifth album. In less than a week since the premiere, she has already covered several stage appearances and performances.

The wide following, as well as the high anticipation toward the K-Pop artist, alongside her album, comes after the fact that she last made a music release nearly four years ago. Accordingly, it is not surprising why fans are in celebration these past few days.

Over the weekend, the 28-year-old South Korean idol performed on three different music shows. She delivered impressive performances on KBS' Music Bank, SBS's Inkigayo, and MBC's Music Core

Following the appearances, Koreaboo said that there has been a surge of compliments toward IU. As reported, many individuals praised her for having a "caring heart."

Several staff members from Inkigayo posted updates about working with the celebrity behind cameras. Two officials from Inkigayo took their thoughts to social media and revealed how IU has shown her "sweet personality" toward them.

As it happened, the Palette artist, reportedly, prepared meals and drinks for the staff working with her. The Inkigayo staff said that there were hamburgers and hot dogs for all the officials.

One of the officials noted that they were not usually "interested" in these kinds of treats. But, the food, reportedly, "disappeared so fast" on that day, adding that IU was "amazing."

The netizens discovered what the K-Pop idol did for the show officials and staff members. Several individuals consequently commended her for her touching move.

IU appears to have a sweet and "fun" personality on and off cameras. Korea Portal recently released a report, detailing the moment when she showed this character of hers.

As revealed, the "Ending Scene" singer prepared a "charming" and witty presentation to endorse her recently released album, LILAC. She posted the material, which lasted for nearly 6 minutes, on her YouTube channel two days before the album's premiere.

In it, she did a "skit" and dressed herself up in a working-girl attire. She, also, took up the persona of "Lee Ji Dong" to discuss the presentation she created.

IU dropped LILAC on March 25. It houses a total of ten songs, and two of which are serving as the collection's title tracks. These are "LILAC" and "Coin," which she both wrote on her own, according to Bandwagon.

Following the release of the full-length album, the 28-year-old K-Pop star discussed the meaning of the album title, as well as the message that it entails. She explained that lilac means "memories of youth" in the "language of flowers."

She said that now she is almost in her 30s, she wanted the album to be a "farewell" to the old chapter of her life. At the same time, though, she, also, sees it as a "greeting" to the new and upcoming years.
