Rimuru is now the Demon Lord with a True Dragon on his side, and they are both ready to defend the Kingdom of Tempest in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 2 Part 2. As the anime now takes a dark turn, fans are about to see a different kind of Rimuru.
Rimumuru, or aka the Primordial Demon, is all set to go against the three Demon Lords to save Beastmaster Carrion in That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 2 Part 2. With the three nukes he managed to build in just a day, the next Tempest attacker will surely have no chance at all.
Rimuru has successfully become the Demon Lord and evolve Great Sage to Raphael. According to Epic Dope, he has also completed the Unlimited Imprisonment, which was supposed to take hundreds of years to free Veldora.
The Western Nation will now stop acting carelessly now that Veldora is at liberty. They can also directly give Rimuru the time he needs to look after the Church.
So, he is now planning to face Clayman first, which will be the main focus of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 2 Part 2. Meanwhile, Eight Bit dropped the official poster of the anime's second cour.
It shows Rimuru in his full Demon Lord glory and the new character fans are about to meet in the anime's continuation, Comicbook noted. The first part of the season hit the small screen earlier in the winter after a major delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

With the dark and significant change to Rimuru's storyline, all eyes are now on its second set of episodes. The anime's second season was far different from its predecessor after Tempest got involved in a serious conflict with the human territory. Rimuru saw the death of his people, leaving him with no choice but to make the impossible.
He revived everyone by "ascending to the next level of his status" and becoming the new Demon Lord. Everyone also leveled up and healed, and the Dragon that fans thought to be dead was back to life.
As Rimuru seems to continue to avenge his people, what happens next can be seen when That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 2 Part 2 drops in July 2021, per HITC. Eight Bit is yet to reveal when the anime second's cour will be officially out, but the announcement may happen real soon.
