A lot has been happening in the series as of late. From the Shibuya incident to the Cursed Spirits roaming free to the upcoming Culling Game, it looks like Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 146 will be pretty intense.
It is now Itadori's main priority to save Gojo from the Prison Realm. Itadori is doing everything he can to rescue the special grade Jujutsu Sorcerer no matter how dangerous it can be.
The sorcerers are forbidden to free him, but Itadori doesn't mind. However, according to Recent Highlights, this will not be an easy feat.
The group needs the help of Master Tengen, and, thankfully, they finally found him. They have obtained the real portion of the Prison Realm, though it is sealed.
Only the Inverted Spear of Heaven or Black Rope can open the seal, but Gojo has already destroyed these things. Is there no hope to save Gojo anymore in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 146?

Itadori and his people have to convince Hana to rescue Gojo. If she agrees, they can finally free the Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College teacher from prison.
In Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 145, Itadori, Yuki, Megumi, Choso, Maki, and Yuta arrived at the Cursed Warehouse. They suddenly heard a voice when they were just about to leave, OtakuKart News noted.
They all looked back and wondered if the voice heard was from Master Tengen. As he described each one of them, Yuki felt disappointed that he skipped her.
She bravely asked if he would not greet her, calling him by his name, "Tengen." Maki did the same thing, too.
The all-knowing sorcerer said it was his first time to meet Yuki and then confirmed he was indeed Tengen. They then asked him about closing off the Tomb Star Corridor.
Anyhow, Master Tengen couldn't help but doubt if they were working with Kenjaku. When asked who this guy was, he revealed he was the sorcerer known as Noritoshi Kamo, who now possessed Suguru Geto's body.
