2021 is shaping up to be a fruitful and successful year for TWICE. Following the idols' long-awaited return, the nine-member K-Pop group is now gearing up for a complete comeback this year.

AllKpop said that the all-female band has released a teaser image for their third Japanese album. The photo emerged on social media platforms on Tuesday, revealing the release date, concept, as well as the title of the upcoming track collection.

The publication noted that the teaser material hints at an "eerie aura" due to the distorting-melting effects on the picture. It does not feature the K-Pop idols, though, as it only shows a "luxurious chair in a classing room setting."

The album, which carries the title, Perfect World, will officially arrive on July 28. There are no updates yet regarding the specific tracks the album will entail. These include the number of the songs, as well as the names of each production.

It is likely, however, that more information will surface in the next few weeks, ahead of the actual release of the album. Despite the lack of details, though, fans and followers expressed their excitement on various platforms. Some even noted how long they have already waited for the group's Japanese comeback.

Earlier this month, TWICE dropped its official Japanese pre-album comeback with their single, "Kura Kura." Bandwagon Asia reported that the release became a global success as the material has topped music charts.

It is an "upbeat, retro-inspired" single that discusses the "light and darkness of love." As noted, the material is written by JYP Entertainment head, J.Y. Park, alongside Yu-ki Kokubo.

The K-Pop idols, also, celebrated the release of the collection, along with their fans and followers. They held and hosted a virtual "special showcase" via their official YouTube channel.

Aside from "Kura Kura" and their upcoming Japanese album, Perfect World, TWICE is gearing up, as well, for the release of their tenth Korean mini-album, Taste of Love. The same publication previously reported that it has two release dates, which will take place on June 9 and 11.

The earlier date will serve as the premiere day for the title track, alongside its official music video. Two days after, the complete extended play collection will drop. While the titles of the songs have yet to be revealed, Taste of Love will, reportedly, house a total of six materials.

The tenth mini-album is a follow-up to their previous complete track collection, Eyes Wide Open. TWICE dropped the said production later in 2020, before releasing their singles, "BETTER" and "Cry For Me."
