There may be a major plot twist happening in "One Piece" Chapter 1024. Momo will now turn into a full-fledged adult to help Luffy face Kaido, but a different thing may happen.
There are theories an adult Momo will face Kaido instead and "One Piece" Chapter 1024 may give fans a hint about it. With his Red Dragon and a face like his father, Oden, he may end up taking his revenge against the Beast Pirates captain for his family.
The previous chapter ended with a major cliffhanger, showing an adult Momo. He now has the chance to return to Wano and he will take Luffy to the top.
Thanks to Shinobu, the Kozuki Family retainer finally gave in to the young Momo's request to make him an adult to help Luffy. Despite a heated debate between them, the son of the late daimyo could now give the Straw Hats Pirates captain the assist that he needed.
According to Comicbook, a young Momo cannot do much with his dragon, but everything will change when he becomes an adult. Thankfully, that time has now come and Momo officially transforms into a man.
Although "One Piece" Chapter 1023 did not give a full look at Momo's adult form, fans saw his dragon form. It is a gigantic creature that is as big as Kaido when he transforms into his own beast.
This means these two can be a perfect match if they happen to face each other in "One Piece" Chapter 1024. So, what does an adult Momo look like?
Shinobu seems to hint at adult Momo's appearance, saying he looked exactly like his father when they were the same age. If it is true, then Yamato and Kaido will receive the biggest surprise of their lives.
In addition, if everything turns out right, Momo may be the one who may face Kaido and avenge his family and people for everything the villain has done to them.
Recent Highlights noted it would be Kaido's Blue Dragon versus Momo's Red Dragon. Momo is now 28 years old and though he has lost 20 years of his life, he does not care at all.
His transformation and the fight he is about to face are more important for the young Kozuki. Luffy eyes Momo the way he did when they first met.
He is now excited to see what Momo can do and even much prouder of the kid this time. It looks like Momo is as confident as well and now ready to fly high to return to Wano and face Kaido.
By the looks of it, a lot is about to happen when "One Piece" Chapter 1024 drops on Sunday, Sept. 5.
