"Tokyo Revengers" Chapter 221 may feature the aftermath of Takemichi and Kawaragi's ambush. After the protagonist saves the Brahman gang leader, are they now out of danger?
It looks like "Tokyo Revengers" Chapter 221 has a lot of questions to answer. Who is behind the attack and is there still a shadow waiting for Takemichi and Kawaragi?
Thanks to Takemichi's vision, he manages to save Kawaragi. He saw the latter bleeding in his mind and thankfully, no such thing happened.
Draken and Inupin already learned the ambush and they ,fortunately, arrived in the area before things turned for the worse. According to Recent Highlights, the attackers are only low-class Rokuhara Tandai gang members, but they were now carrying guys, making them a serious threat.
With this, fans may see Draken back into action in "Tokyo Revengers" Chapter 221 to avenge Takemichi and Kawaragi. Will he face South Terrano after what happened this time?
Takemichi and Kawaragi are not yet safe from any danger and it looks like the upcoming gang war makes them more at risk. The manga's latest arc will feature the battle between the three deities, Kawaragi, Mikey, and Terano.
Among these three, Mikey is the one who needs to be saved, so will Takemichi has to choose between him and Kawaragi? Will this mean one of them will die?
It has been said the ambush happened according to the Rokuhara Tendai members' free will. They wanted to earn a good reputation and be promoted, so Terano had nothing to do about it.
He, reportedly, had no idea of his people's move. But if they hurt Kawaragi, another great battle might ensue as Brahman members would not just let it slide.
In "Tokyo Revengers" Chapter 220, Takemichi covered Kawaragi so that she would not be shot. The latter was surprised by his move, not knowing what would happen next, OtakuKart News noted.
She froze and later heard a gunshot, so Takemichi hugged her tight and dived with her. The two landed together on the ground and he continuously held her close.
The attacker wondered if the shot hit the target and thought he had killed Takemichi after firing multiple shots. Takemichi, then, stood up, making Kawaragi wondered why he would not play dead.
This surprised the enemy, too, seeing he was not even bleeding. As the attackers wanted to finish off Takemichi, Draken suddenly arrived and kicked their guns.
Draken, then, asked Takemichi if he was alright, which ended Chapter 221. What will happen next can be seen when "Tokyo Revengers" Chapter 221 drops on Wednesday, Sept. 8.
