There may be a battle of popularity between the Sussexes and the Cambridges. As Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, allegedly, start this game, Prince William and Kate Middleton are ready to make their counterattack.

Royal commentator Duncan Larcombe made this claim against Prince Harry and Meghan. In an interview with Express, he said Prince William and Kate are already getting frustrated with this popularity contest.

The author revealed the future King and Queen consort are anxious over their magazine cover for TIME 100 List. He added that they feel like everything they do always reflects on them.

Royal commentator Daniela Elser even said, via Geo TV, that it is time for the working senior royals to retaliate and bite the alleged popularity contest. She explained there is a "philanthropic land grab" happening with the royal house.

"The breakaway state of Sussex now both laying claim to similar ground," she continued. "Harry and Meghan face being forced into a protracted PR battle with the royal house."

However, contrary to this alleged popularity game, Prince Harry and Meghan are said to be "humbled" to be part of the TIME 100 List. Chef José Andrés, the founder of the World Central Kitchen, which the royal couple's foundation, Archewell, endorses, said going into action was not an easy choice for the two.

The pair could have been much safer if they would enjoy their fortune and stay silent, but they chose to make a move through their foundation. They give voice to the voiceless, partner with non-profit organizations and take risks to help different communities in need.

Prince Harry and Meghan even give mental-health support to Black women and girls in the U.S. In addition, they openly provide food to the people who have become victims of natural disasters in India and the Caribbean.

Alternatively, Prince William and Kate have also done a lot of philanthropic works in the past until today. This even resulted in the creation of his new Earthshot Prize.

The second in line to the throne revealed his inspiration to create the "ambitious environmental prize in history" and it all started on his trip to Namibia three years ago. In the foreword for Earthshot: How to Save Our Planet, he created a book and award program while on an early adventure to see a black rhino.

Prince William finally saw a rare black rhino that inspired him to protect the wildlife during this trip. Prince Harry's brother is also set to award several individuals who have worked so hard to help solve climate change.
