Boruto, Naruto, Kawaki and Sasuke will return home in Konohagakure in "Boruto" Episode 219, titled "Return," after the defeat of Isshiki. However, the war is still far from over and a new villain will come to light.

Code, the last inner Kara member, will become a big threat to Boruto and the rest of the gang, knowing he idolizes Isshiki. Now that the organization's leader is dead, he may take his revenge against the protagonists and start planning against them in "Boruto" Episode 219.

Aside from Code, fans also have to worry about Momoshiki, who threatens to take over Boruto's body. In fact, many believe he will be the series' next antagonist, but he is yet to fully manifest, Recent Highlights noted.

Everyone is still trapped in the space-time dimension, and Boruto has to use his Karma to open a space-time portal so that they can return home to Konoha. The episode will begin with Boruto crying over his father's body and thinking he is already dead.

Sasuke will notice Kurama is now gone, but Naruto does not want to talk about it yet until they get home. Kawaki trusts Boruto can make a way for them to return to Konoha, though he evidently has a hard time.

He is afraid Momoshiki will manifest again if he uses his powers. But thanks to Kawaki for putting some pressure, a portal has been open.

Isshiki is, then, seen, guarding the ten tails. The white Karma on his palm suddenly disappears and he pops out in an "astral form."

He, then, tells Code about his demise and how Kawaki tricked him into planting Karma onto his shadow cone that caused his death. From here, Isshiki tells Code how he can avenge his passing and become an Otsutsuki by feeding either Boruto or Kawaki to the ten tails and growing a chakra fruit that he will eat later.

In "Boruto" Episode 219 preview, Boruto and Kawaki can be seen arguing, likely about the latter's inability to use the Jutsu technique. Twitter user Abdul Zoldyck, then, drops the new episode's official synopsis, via IBTimes, starting with Code.

Isshiki's soul appears in front of Code, who is the only inner survivor and a white Karma owner who cannot become a vessel. He deeply worships the Otsutsuki and may do everything to avenge his death.

Elsewhere, when Boruto and the rest finally return home after the intense fight, Amado will tell them about the top brass of Kara. Boruto is still afraid of his possible Momoshification, while Kawaki promises him to remove his Karma. "Boruto" Episode 219 is set to be out on Sunday, Oct. 10.
