The year is about to end and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, reportedly, have big plans for 2022. As these two are busy working on themselves and for the community, royal watchers may "see more of them."

Since they left the monarchy, a lot has been going on Prince Harry and Meghan's lives. Aside from their lucrative deals with Netflix and Spotify, amounting to millions, there is more to come for these two former senior royals.

Royal expert Neil Sean said on his YouTube channel, via Express, that the former actress would be "reshaping herself as an activist" next year. He claimed the mother-of-two is very "inspired to get active" and is now ready to "move forward."

The news comes after the "Suits" star was told to carefully "think" the use of her the Duchess of Sussex title in the U.S. after the recent "lobbying." Meghan called the Republican Senators Shelley Moore Capito and Susan on their private numbers to ask for support for paid parental leave and the climate policy in the U.S.

Democratic Senator Kirsten Gillibrand gave Prince Harry's wife their numbers and revealed she would be part of a group that would work on paid leave. Another royal expert Jonathan Sacerdoti warned the controversial duchess about using her title. Though he believed she had an increasing ambition, it might be more of an activist than a politician in the U.S.

Alternatively, her husband, Prince Harry, has been working as Chief Impact Officer for BetterUp. The Duke of Sussex has been multitasking as of late, from being on parental leave after the birth of his second child, Lilibet Diana, in June to joining BetterUp.

So far, he has already helped his new colleagues to work with the organizations close to his heart and collaborate with his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, per People. The organization's co-founders Alexi Robichaux and Eduardo Medina revealed they had teamed up with the monarch's global program that aims to help them "build and strengthen their confidence, resilience and mental fitness."

This way, they can expand their work, have a better chance for their creative ideas to become a reality and help their organizations make a greater impact. With that said, Prince Harry and BetterUp admit they have high hopes for their work with the military community and Queen Elizbeth's Commonwealth Trust.

Robichaux and Medina explained their ambition is to improve the human condition. Together with Prince Harry and Meghan, they are all looking forward to seeing a world where everyone has access to the support and care they need to thrive personally and professionally.
