The British Royal Family has had a tumultuous year this 2021. But, insiders believe that Prince William and Kate Middleton are a "breath of fresh air" for the clan.
OK! magazine said that they are just what the Royal Firm needs now, considering all that has happened in the last few months. This, also, comes after sources attested that the Duke of Cambridge knows what is expected of him.
There is, reportedly, no doubt that his seniors have already briefed him. He is and "will be ready to take on the job at hand," especially when called on duty.
Royal author Ingrid Seward, also, referred to the Cambridge Royals as a "breath of fresh air." She referred to Kate Middleton in particular, adding that the royal first brought it into the Windsor clan when she joined the British Royal Family, according to Express UK.
The royal expert explained that Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip approved of the Duchess of Cambridge as the future Queen Consort. She, also, asserted that the British Monarch likely prays to God, thanking Him for sending Prince William's wife.
Seward continued that Kate Middleton is a "gem," who has, indeed, developed a close link with the Queen.
In 2021, the British Royals have faced numerous challenges, as well as scandals. As Meghan Markle and Prince Harry continue to carve their own path outside the United Kingdom, controversies remain apparent.
Similarly, the Queen's second son, Prince Andrew is still in the middle of the spotlight due to his association with the late Jeffrey Epstein.
As for the rest of the clan, they faced tremendous loss when Prince Philip passed away in April. It is said that the British Monarch continues to grieve for her husband.
Not to mention, concerns toward her health have remained evident. This comes as her October hospitalization came into light.
Meanwhile, Prince William and Kate Middleton have just released their official Christmas card for 2021. The accompanying image shows the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, alongside their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
Buzzfeed News said that the photo was taken during the Cambridge Royals' vacation in Jordan earlier this year.
It remains unconfirmed as to where the family will spend the holiday season. But, reports have claimed that they will join Queen Elizabeth II for the annual festivities.
The British Royals were not able to do the yearly tradition last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
