The public is looking forward to seeing what Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have in their plan for 2022. Several reports have already emerged, detailing the potential moves of the couple for the next few months.

Most of the claims center on working on their massive deals and projects with partner companies. But, a new report from the Express UK stated that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are planning to sell their home this year.

This comes as the pair is not allegedly "over the moon" about their $14 million property. The "house, as well as the location," are said to be the reasons behind.

Sources explained that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry like Montecito, adding that they want to stay in the neighborhood. However, they are "less keen" on the area in the celebrity enclave, as well as the mansion itself.

Reports, then, emphasized that the couple will not place the property on the market. They will only reportedly show it to "serious buyers," who are confirmed with funds.

The same insiders continued that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have already started making inquiries, as well, into other houses. They will, also, let it be known about being open to private offers "should the right one come along."

Publications have made contact with the reps for the Sussex Royals to ask for a comment about the matter. But, it appears that they have yet to break their silence as no word has come to light.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry relocated to their Montecito mansion in mid-2020. They have lived in the property for about 18 months, alongside their two children.

The property has a 7.5-acre ground area, with cypress trees and pines surrounding it. As for the mansion itself, it has nine bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a gym.

The Daily Mirror said that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex bought the property from Sergey Grishin in June of 2020. The Russian businessman reportedly originally purchased it for about $25 million in 2009.

Alongside reportedly selling their home, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have other "very big plans" for this year. A separate report from Express UK revealed that the public will likely see "more of them" in the next few months.

Their deals with Spotify and Netflix will soon materialize as their podcasts and docuseries will allegedly all emerge in 2022. Moreover, the "highly anticipated" memoir of the Duke of Sussex is, also, said to be slated for a late 2022 release.
