There is no more drama between Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik. This is the latest headline of Us Weekly for the former couple, who share a 16-month-old daughter.

The report comes after a source revealed that the two celebrities are trying to "work things out" as co-parents. There is no custody battle between them, adding that they are "getting along fine" these days.

Malik and Hadid have reportedly been in each other's lives despite the singer's "heated altercation" with the model's mother, Yolanda Hadid. He is, also, said to be "proving that he is a responsible father."

As of the moment, the insider stated that the former pair just wants to "keep things private" for the daughter's protection.

It remains unclear whether the tipster's claims are legitimate. No one can seemingly confirm the matter as Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid maintain their silence.

The last time the former One Direction member publicly spoke about his family was after the drama with Hadid's mother. He made headlines in October 2021 when he received four charges of harassment following the reported altercation with the former model.

The "Pillowtalk" singer pleaded no contest to the charges against him and addressed the controversy in a lengthy statement. He took his thoughts to social media, wherein he clarified to have agreed not to contest the claims.

Amid the controversies surrounding the Hadid household, along with Malik, multiple sources confirmed that the then-couple are going their separate waysPeople reported that the two celebrities have broken up, although they would co-parent their daughter.

When asked for an official statement about the whole drama, Gigi Hadid's rep shared that she was "solely focused on the best" for her daughter. She, also, asked for privacy at the time.

Meanwhile, reps for Zayn Malik and Yolanda Hadid did not respond to the comment requests from publications.

A separate report from Us Weekly recalled that the two personalities started their on-and-off romance in a "very traditional way." Malik revealed that he asked Hadid out in November 2015, adding that "it was pretty straight-up."

They first broke up in June 2016, but insiders said they got back together within a matter of days. The relationship continued, at least, for a few years before calling it off again in March 2018.

The split did not last long again, though, as they patched things up a month later. It was only in 2019 that they separated one last time before welcoming their daughter amid the pandemic.

Reports said they tried to make the relationship work for months before getting back together in January 2020. They welcomed their daughter before the end of the same year.
