Meanwhile, in "Jujutsu Kaisen" Chapter 173, Reggie gave his points to Megumi before he died, per SportsKeeda. Before he took his last breath, he revealed Kenjaku and him were not friends and confirmed he was a sorcerer from the past.
After his death, Megumi now had 51 points. Hazenoki and Takaba's fight continued, but Hazenoki's attack was no use against Takaba.
But when Kogane announced Reggie's death, Hazenoki suddenly quit and left the fight. It was then revealed that Takaba's curse technique was Comedian and could turn any idea into reality if he considered it funny.
This technique rivaled that of Gojo Satoru's own power. However, Takaba was unaware of this ability, so he couldn't use it to its full extent.
In addition, a shadow that turned out to be a Black Divine Dog chased Remi. But as Megumi recalled Tsumiki's views about unnecessary violence, he didn't attack Remi.
