The new mansion in Montecito is "not working out" for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. This comes as the royal-born Prince reportedly wants to relocate to a much smaller property.

Life & Style covered the latest allegation, which emerged from an unnamed source. As stated, the Duke of Sussex prefers to have "less financial responsibilities" these days, causing them to put their home back on the market.

But, the Duchess of Sussex is allegedly not on the same page with her husband. She does not want to "downgrade," unlike the youngest Wales prince.

The insider did not share any proof to prove the legitimacy of the story. No other details were given, making the allegations more questionable and speculative.

In addition, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have not spoken about anything regarding leaving their Montecito estate for a new home in the United States. They, also, have yet to break their silence about any of the recent issues surrounding them.

The Duchess of Sussex did, however, share an insight into their new lives outside the British Monarchy. During her interview with Ellen DeGeneres in November 2021, she said that the Duke of Sussex "loves" their lifestyle, as well as the weather, in California, according to BBC.

The former actress told the "Ellen Show" host that they are "happy," adding that they have been able to "spend a lot of time at home" amid the pandemic. She, also, revealed that Prince Harry, being a father to their two children, was the "most beautiful thing to watch."

Meghan Markle gave the audience some ideas, as well, regarding their day-to-day lives in their Montecito estate. She stated that her daughter had started teething while her firstborn had chickens to feed on their property.

A few weeks later, though, reports began to surface, alleging that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have plans to leave their home in California and find a new one somewhere in the same neighborhood. Sources asserted that the two former working royals are "not over the moon" with it, causing them to put their property up for sale, according to MailOnline.

The insiders, who first spoke with the Daily Mirror, claimed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were intending to sell their house, although "it won't be on the market because of who they are."

They have only reportedly shown it to serious buyers, as well as people with "confirmed" funds.

Despite all the rumors, though, no one can verify whether the statements are true. Unless the Sussex Royals confirm the matter to the public, the story will remain speculative and suppositional.
