Hulu has formally announced the release date of the much-awaited new reality series, "The Kardashians." Everyone is now looking forward to seeing what the Kar-Jenner family is about to show this time and what makes this different from the long-running "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

Hulu gives "The Kardashians" a spring release date, meaning fans are about to see the controversial family back on the small screen again in no time. The streaming service also unveils a new teaser, featuring Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner.

The new series' synopsis, via People, teases an all-access pass into the reality stars' lives. This time, they are about to reveal the truth behind every headline and give a glimpse of their works while running a billion-dollar empire.

Of course, it will also show the joys of playing with their kids and dropping them off at the school. The story of their lives and love under the spotlight will also take center stage.

So, what makes "The Kardashians" different from "Keeping Up with the Kardashians?" The family used to star in the E! series for 14 years.

It started in 2007 that ended in 2021 after 20 seasons. They officially announced its ending in September 2020 and after just three months, the ladies already signed a multi-year deal with Hulu to "create global content" that would be streamed in the U.S. and other international territories.

Though it's quite hard to predict the difference between the two, Cheat Sheet noted there are a few hints from some sources and the Kar-Jenner family. An insider told Us Weekly the show would feature the whole family, but it would mostly focus on Kim, Khloé, Kourtney and Kris.

It would also delve into Kim's journey to become a lawyer, so it might be "somewhat political." In addition, this time, the Kar-Jenners would have more control of the series.

It has been known that the family uses their shows to show their perspectives on different things, like scandals, headlines and more. With that being said, there are theories of what is about to come to the Hulu show.

In a discussion on Reddit, some predict "The Kardashians" will follow Kourtney and Travis Barker's romance, Khloé and Tristan Thompson's scandal-filled relationship and Kylie's second pregnancy. It may also go deep into the Astroworld tragedy, though this may not happen, knowing this is a sensitive topic that may lead to more controversies.

Anyhow, fans will soon see what "The Kardashians" got when it premiers on April 14 o Hulu.
