According to a huge database of U.S. government files just made public through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, UFO encounters have reportedly left Americans with radiation burns, brain, and nervous system damage, and have even "unaccounted for pregnancy."

In terms of journalism, the entire UFO phenomenon is difficult to navigate, especially when the data is not sanctioned by institutions like the Pentagon.

In 2017, several videos were released depicting US Air Force pilots having on-the-fly encounters with aircraft of unknown origin. This was one of over 1,500 released documents declared by the Pentagon only in 2017.

Hundreds of media organizations and freelance investigative journalists made an official request for a copy of the documents, which was granted on Tuesday, Apr. 5 of this year. The Sun is one of these organizations. With only some exceptions due to privacy and security concerns, the information has mostly been facilitated.

The report mentions 42 cases from health records and 300 "unpublished" cases in which humans were injured following alleged engagements with "anomalous vehicles," including UFOs.

The report, titled 'Anomalous Acute and Subacute Field Effects on Human and Biological Tissues,' looks into the health of people who have had abnormal experiences or "injuries to human observers by anomalous advanced aerospace systems."

The civilian research organization MUFON compiled a list, which was included in the report's "useful database," that mentioned the biological effects of UFO sightings on humans as well as their frequency.

The document included strange experiences such as "apparent abduction," "unaccounted for pregnancy," sexual experiences, telepathy, and perceived teleportation.

Five people have reported sexual experiences between UFOs and humans, according to the study.

The Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program (AATIP), which studied the renamed Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, was initially the focus of the majority of the requests (UAP).

The U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) honored the request by providing The Sun with an additional 1,574 pages of material.

The records contain reports on the biological impacts of UFO sightings on humans, studies on sophisticated technology like invisibility cloaks, and ideas for deep space exploration and colonization, according to The Sun. The AATIP told The Sun that some portions of the records were "withheld in part" due to privacy and confidentiality issues.

It's uncertain what kind of vetting procedure the AATIP utilized to look into these alleged cases if any at all. The complete details of the requested reports have yet to be released by the Sun.
