Prince William and Kate Middleton have been upping their royal game since the COVID-19 began. Now, one royal expert claimed the Sussexes would be the "stars" when Prince Charles became the king.

Prince Charles is the first in line to the throne and has been taking in more royal roles from Queen Elizabeth. As the second in line to the succession, Prince William is also equally hard working with his royal tours, alongside his wife, Kate Middleton.

Express noted Robert Jobson and Eamonn Holmes talked about the Duchess of Cambridge's royal role on "GB News." Jobson said the future queen consort is a "tremendous lady" and the family is a credit to her husband.

He added she usually does well on trips. Jobson chimed in, adding that the Cambridges look like they can be the king and queen now.

So, when Prince Charles sits on the throne, he may do more "patriarchal role" and Prince William and Kate Middleton "will be the stars."

Jobson even called them the "Prince and Princess of Wales" as Prince William may have his father's title once he becomes the king.

Kate Middleton, on the other hand, has been channeling Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth, per Good to Know. She has been making her path in the royal family and royal expert Ingrid Seward reveals she is "fully ready for her royal destiny."

She added the duchess has "willingly" embraced an enhanced role. She has always been an important part of The Firm and is more than willing to take royal workloads that no one else will do.

Since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped back as senior royals, Prince William and Kate Middleton have taken more engagements and supported Queen Elizabeth. However, Ingrid believed Kate Middleton is now learning to be a little selective when it comes to the parts she takes.

She allegedly hopes to make a "genuine difference" with the patronages and projects she does. Ingrid explained the mother-of-three would not just take on anything as her next projects should be something that really made her interested and feel that she could make a difference.

With that said, Kate Middleton is said to be following in the footsteps of Queen Elizabeth as she continues her journey as part of the royal family. Ingrid added Prince William's wife has fully accepted what will be expected of her when she officially becomes the queen consort.
