Prince William may reportedly want to make amends with his brother, Prince Harry, to heal their royal rift finally. Rumors have it that the siblings have cut contacts after the Sussexes' damaging claims against the royal family in their controversial six-part Netflix docuseries, "Harry & Meghan."

It was claimed that Prince William had decided to cut off his contact with Prince Harry due to the allegations he made against him in "Harry & Meghan." So, will there still be a chance for these two to heal their rift?

In a talk on "Round Round-Up," Daily Express correspondent Richard Palmer believed the Prince of Wales wasn't on a speaking term with the Duke of Sussex after the release of their docuseries.

However, sources close to their father, King Charles III, claimed Kate Middleton's husband allegedly wanted to maintain a good relationship with his youngest brother, his wife, and their two kids, Archie and Lilibet. Ideally, the heir apparent wanted to fix things and mend their broken relationship.

"I think there's always a difference between how they act as a family behind the scenes-some of them at least-and what happens officially," Palmer continued. But he found it easier for His Majesty to maintain a relationship with his son privately as a family than as a monarch.

The news comes on the heels of the reports that Prince William didn't want to speak to Prince Harry. The Sunday Times' Roya Nikkhah said in a tweet that two unnamed friends of the Duke of Cornwall felt hopeless by the irrevocable damage the series had brought.

In the show, the controversial royal revealed his eldest brother screamed at him over his plan to leave his senior royal post in 2020. He also accused Prince William of working with the media to create negative stories against them to distract the public from the royal family's other issues.

That said, a source claimed their relationship had been more strained, so Prince William had no plans to speak to Prince Harry again. Another insider said, "The whole thing was mad."

Kensington Palace refused to comment on the issue, while Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's spokespersons are yet to respond to Insider's request for clarification.

For starters, Prince Harry revealed in "Harry & Meghan" that Prince William's staff traded stories with the press about him and his wife. He then admitted that seeing his brother doing the thing they promised they would never do was heartbreaking.
