The spoilers for "Black Clover" Chapter 347 have now dropped, revealing some details about the past of the Yami clan. Ichika has been blaming his brother, Sukehiro, for the death of their set, but she's now questioning whether she has something to do with it.

Titled "Truth in Deception," what really happened to the so-called annihilation of the Yami clan would finally come to light in "Black Clover" Chapter 347. So, is Sukehiro the real culprit or Ichika?

The new chapter begins with Ichika's monologue, thinking they may not need Asta's help to defeat the Paladins. She believes they have everything under control.

The realization comes after Sister Lily and her Paladins launch a combination of huge ice and Spatial magic spell. She acknowledges the enemies' large amount of yoryoku.

Later, Paladins Yrul unveils an illusion spell that lets its victims see their own fears, making Ichika see her father. Though she's confident it won't affect her, it triggers her memory in "Black Clover" Chapter 347.

She sees her father giving Sukehiro a secret medicine passed down through the generations. The drug can draw out the demonic potential of their clan members.

The next scene sees her father force-feeding her the medicine after her brother refuses to take it. She then witnesses how the people run away during the Yami clan massacre.

This makes her question whether she's actually the one behind the killings and not Sukehiro. She even hears her father saying, "as expected of my child, Ichika," in "Black Clover" Chapter 347.

The scene then returns to the present timeline, with Daizaemon barely standing. Lily convinces him to give up, revealing Lucius still has plans for the Ryuzen Seven to turn into Paladins.

The final sequence shows Ichika trembling in fear, doubting her strength and believing she's weak. From there, her father is about to slash her when Asta arrives and protects her just as Sukehiro did in the past.

Meanwhile, "Black Clover" Chapter 346 saw the people of Hino Country watching the fight against the sacred dragon from a distance after Ryudo Ryuya asked them to escape to Honshu. Kezokaku Ginnojomorifuyu and Lily were in a row, while a flashback scene revealed Ryuya telling the Ryuzen Seven about the coming war.

Later, Sisterly was surprised as she looked at one of the Hino Country's strongest wizards after successfully decapitating the sacred dragon. Ichika told Lily that Ryuya believed in them; thus, they would never give up.

"Black Clover" Chapter 347 will be out on Sunday, January 8.
