The spoilers for "One Piece" Chapter 1071 have hinted at the arrival of Eustass Kid's pirate crew on the island of the warrior Giants, Elbalf. This comes as a surprise to many, considering they're not one of the fan favorites.
However, it looks like the crew is also surprised that they arrived on Elbalf. So, what will they do on the island in "One Piece" Chapter 1071?
Elbalf isn't the crew's destination, so their arrival is quite unexpected. Fans will see Kid dreaming of huge fishes until Killer wakes him up, telling him they're nearing an island and asking him whether they'll land.
Considering Killer tells him it's not any island but Elbalf, Kid is thrilled to go there. By the looks of it, manga creator Eiichiro Oda will be putting Kid under the spotlight this time after keeping him on the sidelines.
However, fans seem disappointed that the events between the Kid Pirates and the Giants will only be in the backdrop of "One Piece" Chapter 1071. They, too, are sad not to see the fight between Law and Blackbeard as it happens off-screen. But knowing it's the classic move of the mangaka, some understand.
Meanwhile, the new chapter will start in the Red Line with the Real Kuma arriving at Red Port and walking towards the World Government's symbol near the lift that connects the port with Mary Geoise.
On Egghead Island, Stussy notices Lucci has no plans to follow the Marines' order, continuing to attack Luffy and Vegapunk while the CP0 agents block all ports and ships.
All Vegapunks pack their bags and will board the Thousand Sunny, though Atlas isn't seen with them. Edison reveals there's still one person who can help them in "One Piece" Chapter 1071. Though he's reluctant to contact him, Vegapunk decides to do so.
The mysterious person talks to Vegapunk politely, and the latter is confident he will help them and handle the CP0 so they can escape. The CP0 sees the Thousand Sunny at the Labophase entrance when Lucci asks Kaku to destroy the ship, but Zoro blocks the latter's attack, and a fight ensues between the two.
Luffy, Chopper, and Jinbe reunite with the crew, though Bonney isn't with them. Robin realizes the real Vegapunk is gone, too, and the next scene shows Bonney and the latter in a chase.
Elsewhere, Kid's crew is nearing Elbalf, while Vice Admiral Doll argues with Garp about the ships that must head to Egghead and not on Helmeppo to beat up the pirates and rescue Koby.
"One Piece" Chapter 1071 will be out on Saturday, January 7.
