A new arc is about to begin in "Boruto" Episode 282 after the revelation of Ouga's true form and the introduction of two new characters, Rokuro and Yatsume. There will be a meeting between Boruto and Sarada, along with the rest of the gang.
Titled "Sasuke Story: Infiltration," "Boruto" Episode 282 will feature the final adventure of the maze Ouga created. From there, it will mostly center on the story of Sasuke Retsuden and his mission to help Naruto.
A lot is about to happen as a new storyline begins. Anbu will likely join Boruto and the rest of the gang at the meeting, and things will end with the entire game.
Ouga has already escaped, and the group can't find her after leaving a letter for Boruto on her exit. The arc ends on a happy note, with Boruto making a lot of new friends.
Elsewhere, the new arc will be based on the spinoff about Sasuke Retsuden. "Boruto" Episode 282 will highlight Naruto suffering from an illness, and Sasuke will be on a mission to save him and find the cure to his mysterious disease.
This particular part of the story occurred way before Boruto, so Naruto is all fine today. However, he was on the verge of death back then due to an illness he caught on the Sage of the Six Paths.
Hence, Sasuke will journey to the Sage of Six Paths to find a cure or look for clues. He will be infiltrating the Astronomy institute as a prisoner so that no one will suspect him.
This arc will also be about the original Team 7, so fans are about to see Sasuke's wife, Sakura. That said, fans should wait and see what will happen next in "Boruto" Episode 282.
Meanwhile, "Boruto" Episode 281 saw Boruto, Yatsume, and Rokuro explore Ouga's complex. Boruto got lost while Rokuro turned Yatsume on and escaped with the map she took from Ouga's first spy.
Boruto managed his way back but only found Yatsume, infected by Rokuro's mind-controlling parasite. Roku saw the exit on the map, but Ouga attacked him and was revealed to be a shinobi puppet.
Rokuro's insect overtook Yatsume's body, making Boruto realize they were trapped in genjutsu's second layer, but they could still escape. From there, Yatsume revealed herself as the real Ouga, the eighth Kara Inner, and the cyborg Amado created.
Boruto realized they were at the Kara headquarters, where Koji Kashin killed Jigen. After a conversation between the two, Ouga asked Boruto to stab her to escape the genjutsu and wake others up, but he refused.
Boruto called Team Sarada and the ANBU and was glad to see everyone alive. However, Ouga had already escaped but promised to visit him. "Boruto" Episode 282 will be out on Sunday, January 8.
