Den Den Muschi Vegapunk often communicates with this individual. He also frequently mimics the facial attributes of the person he's talking to, so it may be someone fans have already seen.
The real Kuma is alive and will arrive on Egghead to reunite with his daughter, Bonney, in "One Piece" Chapter 1072. But there are theories Vegapunk will give the Celestial Dragon a Pacifista model and hide the real Kuma until later.
