In a list made by SportsKeeda, Hange topped the list of the characters who may die in the series' final part. After Erwin's demise, the 14th Survey Corps Commander may kick the bucket next.
Hange is expected to be one of the major players in the final fight against Eren. Hence, she may sacrifice herself to save others, which seems to be hinted at in the newly-released final season trailer.
Reiner
Reiner wishes to die and has even put himself in danger several times. As he agrees to stop Eren and the Rumbling, this may be his way to end his life in "Attack on Titan" Season 4 Part 3.
If Gabie is set to inherit the Armored Titan, witnessing Reiner's demise isn't far from happening. This will fulfill his wish to be the hero he wants to be and accomplish Gabi's dream at the same time.

Talking about Levi, the fan-favorite soldier may also soon pass. Despite being the strongest soldier, he's in no shape to fight against Eren and his horde of Colossal Titans after his battle with Zeke left him vulnerable.

Lastly, Eren is believed to die in the final battle. The series' protagonist has turned into the main villain, which may be his way of stopping the domination of the Titans.
In four days, "Attack on Titan" Season 4 Part 3 is about to drop, and the series' official Twitter account releases a new character visual of Jean. He has the looks that kill that hypes the series more.
The post also comes with a countdown visual by the animation director Takuya Suezuwa, featuring Eren's warm look as he looks for a ride with his shirt off. "Attack on Titan" Season 4 Part 3 will be out on March 4, while its second part will drop sometime in 2023.
