Fans may soon see "One Punch Man" Season 3 after the new season's coming has been formally announced. That said, will the viewers again see it on Crunchyroll and Netflix?

It has been three years since the series' second season ended, making the waiting for "One Punch Man" Season 3 a little longer than usual. Thankfully, the anime's continuation has been announced, with an alleged new studio and possible streaming site.

The series' first two seasons are now streaming on Crunchyroll and Netflix. Though there are no words yet about its official release date or streaming details, many expect to see it on the said streaming platforms.

Crunchyroll holds the license to air the show all around the world. Hence, the same can be said in the upcoming new season.

The news about "One Punch Man" Season 3's coming emerged on August 18, 2022, and was reported by several legit sources. The claim was said to be from the series' creators themselves, alleging the new season was already in the works.

Allegedly, MAPPA studios would work on the new season's animation. And knowing it handles "Attack on Titan" Season 4 Part 3, it just hypes the series more.

So, what will happen in the new season? The third installment will cover the events of the Monsters Association arc from Chapter 86 onwards.

The first two seasons adapted 40 chapters of the manga each. Hence, "One Punch Man" Season 3 may do the same.

The Monsters Association arc holds a huge storyline, and a single season may not be enough to cover the whole story. Here, the Heroes Organization will take Garou more seriously, and the most sought-after hero, Blast, may make his much-awaited appearance.

Garou has a task to bring the head of the hero to prove his worth. However, he will choose Saitama as his target instead. So, will he survive?

The series' second season was aired from April 9 to July 2, 2019, with a total of 12 episodes. After threatening humanity with the prophesied apocalypse, monster hunter Garou and the Monster Association played as the main antagonists.

But thanks to Saitama and the rest of the Hero Association, they managed to fight the threat, though it was only for the time being. However, Garou managed to stand his ground against the Heroes with the help of the Monster Association, forming an alliance that was proven dangerous.

With the alliance between Garou and the Monster Association, the terror they're about to bring will be seen in "One Punch Man" Season 3.
