In the wake of Queen Elizabeth's passing, the Royal Family's internal dynamics have once again come under the spotlight. A recent revelation suggests that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, have no intention of meeting Prince Harry during his forthcoming visit to the U.K.

The relationship between the brothers, once seemingly unbreakable, has been strained since Prince Harry's decision to step back from royal duties in 2020, a move that has been colloquially termed "Megxit." Kinsey Schofield, a royal expert, has shed light on the current state of affairs, stating that the Prince and Princess of Wales are wary of candid conversations with Harry due to his past tendencies to publicize family disagreements. Schofield was quoted saying, "There is a severe lack of trust, and they don't want the conversation repeated to anyone."

Harry's upcoming trip coincides with the anniversary of Queen Elizabeth's death, a somber occasion that one would assume might bring the family closer. However, the legacy of their beloved grandmother might not be enough to bridge the widening gap between the brothers. Schofield further elaborated, "I suspect that Prince William is dreading Prince Harry's arrival, especially when William and Catherine are expected to publicly acknowledge the anniversary of the late queen's passing."

The timing of Harry's visit is delicate, and his presence could potentially overshadow the solemnity of the occasion. Schofield opined, "Harry will be, no doubt, a distraction and will create conflicting headlines that the palace will not appreciate."

While the focus remains on the brothers, Schofield believes that Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, isn't a factor in the Wales' current stance. The expert anticipates that during his visit, Prince Harry will pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth, possibly during his speech at the WellChild Awards. Following this, he's expected to head to Düsseldorf for the commencement of the Invictus Games.

Interestingly, Schofield predicts that Harry won't be meeting either his father, King Charles, or his brother. King Charles is expected to spend the day in reflection, honoring the memory of his mother, Queen Elizabeth. This would be in line with the late Queen's tradition of spending February 6th, the day her father King George VI passed away, in Sandringham. Meanwhile, Prince William and Kate will be in Wales, leading tributes to the late monarch.

The Royal Family has always been a subject of global fascination, and these recent developments only add to the intrigue. As the world watches, one can only hope for reconciliation and unity in these challenging times for the monarchy.
