Taylor Swift's fans are expressing growing concerns about the pop superstar's health after videos emerged of her struggling vocally and physically during the opening night of her Singapore concert run.

The 34-year-old appeared to be battling a cold or flu as she took the stage at the city-state's National Stadium on Monday. In one widely-shared TikTok clip, Swift is seen coughing repeatedly as she tries to power through her hit "Delicate."

"You can hear a raspy tone in her voice, she also seems more calm and reserved in her movements. The show must go on...a queen," one commenter wrote. Another bluntly assessed: "Homegirl is fighting for her life."

Swifties flooded social media with worries about the singer's condition and pleas for her to prioritize rest amid her grueling international tour schedule. "She looks so tired. Hope she gets rest soon! Still nails it tho!" one fan remarked.

"I hope she's okay. Take some rest Taylor as soon as possible. We love you! Stay safe and well," implored another.

Even rapper Lil Uzi Vert, with millions of followers, weighed in on the viral video, writing: "hope she's ok fr [for real]."

Some fans speculated the harsh demands of The Eras Tour's worldwide routing could be the culprit behind Swift's illness. "It would be the weather. Starting in Melbourne where the air is not humid and cool, then four nights in Sydney where it's humid then to Singapore," one user surmised.

Another echoed: "Combination of weather change, humidity, (probably) physical tiredness. She'll be better after a few weeks off."

Luckily for the embattled singer, she has that opportunity coming up shortly. After wrapping the Singapore dates on March 10th, Swift has the entire month of April off before the tour resumes in France on May 9th.

The respite could prove crucial for allowing Swift to regain her full voice and energy levels. She has shown no signs of slowing down otherwise, delivering her signature high-octane performances with multiple costume changes, elaborate set designs and choreographed numbers.

The Eras Tour has already cemented itself as an historic blockbuster, becoming the first concert trek to surpass $1 billion in gross revenue. Its recent concert film release shattered box office records as well, earning a staggering $261 million to become the highest-grossing live music film ever.

But that monumental success has come at a physical cost that Swifties worry could eventually catch up to Swift if she doesn't properly recuperate soon. The video footage of the strained singer in Singapore only amplified those concerns.

"She is so incredibly tough. I don't know how she does these shows over and over," one fan marveled on social media. Many others echoed that admiration for Swift's perseverance while still urging her to make health the top priority.

As one supporter succinctly put it: "She's working so hard. She needs rest."

With Swift booked for a second U.S. tour leg later this year, her loyal fans want to ensure the preceded opportunity to recharge isn't squandered. The world's biggest pop star appears to be pushing herself to the limit - for now.
