Actress Megan Fox has finally addressed years of speculation about her changing appearance, candidly revealing the cosmetic surgeries she has undergone and her plans for future procedures. In a recent episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast, the 37-year-old star opened up about her love for plastic surgery, admitting that she has had three breast augmentations, a nose job, and various fillers.
Fox confessed to spending $30,000 on breast implants, recalling her desire for the "biggest boobs that could fit in my body." She explained that she had her first breast augmentation between the first and second Transformers films and later had them redone after having children. "I had to have them redone very recently because the first set I didn't have enough body fat to disguise - you could see the rippling thing of the implants," Fox said, adding that her current 32D implants "just look big on my body because my body's tiny."
The actress, who joked about loving to be regarded as a "circus freak," praised cosmetic procedures but admitted that her body doesn't "react well to general anesthesia," making any surgery a "very big deal" for her. Fox also revealed that she had a nose job in her early twenties but denied having the surgery more than once, despite accusations of undergoing "six, seven, eight rhinoplasty surgeries."
While Fox has had filler and Botox, she denied ever having a facelift or threads, stating, "I've never had a facelift of any kind, no lateral brow lift although I would like one!" She expressed her temptation to have her eyebrows "snatched like all the way [back]," saying, "I want that look. That seems fun and you can do it on a lunch break and I see why it's so tempting."
Addressing online speculation about buccal fat removal, a popular procedure that gives cheek bones a sharp, defined look, Fox said, "I've never had that done I'll never have any fat removed. I'm a very like lean person that doesn't have enough body fat or fat in my face so I will only ever put fat in."
The actress also dismissed rumors of liposuction or body contouring, stating, "I will never be taking fat out, which leads me to I've never had any liposuction or body contouring or anything like that."
Fox's candid revelations about her cosmetic surgery history come after years of public scrutiny and speculation about her changing appearance. In February, she went viral when a fan shared a photo of her in a nightclub after the Super Bowl, alongside her partner, Machine Gun Kelly, Taylor Swift, and NFL star Travis Kelce. Fans were quick to speculate that Fox looked "very different" and had undergone serious plastic surgery, prompting the actress to respond on Instagram by comparing herself to a "Ukrainian blowup doll" and a "super expensive real sex doll you can only get in Japan."
Despite the backlash she received over these comments, with some labeling them "xenophobic," Fox has remained open about her love for plastic surgery. However, she also acknowledged that all surgeries come with risks and emphasized that she is not "encouraging" anyone to undergo these procedures.
