Jennifer Lopez's fattening binges with Dunkin' Donuts doughboy hubby Ben Affleck have thrown her former gym-tight bod for a loop, according to insiders. The flab-hating diva is running to the plastic surgeon for liposuction.

Sources snitch that the "This Is Me...Now" actress is whining to anyone who will listen that this is not the body she craves for herself. "She's come to accept Ben's never going to be a gym addict, and she's even accepted his flat butt. But what she really struggles with are how his bad habits affect her," a tipster spilled to Globe Magazine.

"He's made it clear he won't give up fattening goodies, which means the house is always full of junk food temptation. It's a nightmare because that kind of stuff used to be totally banned," the same informant went on.

Even worse, Ben reportedly always wants to stop for fast food or a sugary treat when they're out on errands and buys Jennifer one, too. The Hollywood couple also overate when they watched "Dune 2" at a local theater.

"His idea of a fun date is going to the movies and stuffing their faces with popcorn and candy. But that means she's having to work twice as hard at the gym," a spy told the entertainment news outlet.

Jennifer allegedly recalls how she and her former fiance, baseball slugger Alex Rodriguez, encouraged each other to eat clean, and that is said to be one thing the "On the Floor" hitmaker misses about him.

"She'd never trade Ben for A-Rod, but she does wish he wasn't a junk food junkie because it's got her eating it. She's starting to see love handles and flab on her thighs, and is talking about needing liposuction to makeup for all their pig-out sessions. She totally blames Ben," the informant shared.

Jennifer previously opened up about her health and discussed maintaining a healthy lifestyle with People. "For me, [a] healthy lifestyle is about self-care. Working out regularly with some consistency, taking care of your skin…" the "Papi" hitmaker told the magazine.

However, she stated that it all begins with the basics, such as getting enough sleep and drinking plenty of water, focusing on meditation, and "taking care of your mind, body, and soul." "Those always work. They're the fundamentals of any sport or anything that you do," Jennifer explained.

"I always feel like, OK, if I'm feeling too tired, what am I neglecting? Am I neglecting my sleep? Am I not working out consistently? Have I let that go? Do I need to get back on that? Whatever it is, or am I not drinking enough water? Why do I feel this way? If something's off, just check the basics, and for me that that always works," Ben's ladylove added.

She explained that it can be challenging to meet the basics daily because people "get busy" and "bogged down with life," but letting go of one thing can lead to more problems. "We have to kind of remember that if we're not right, nothing goes right," Jennifer said.

In her On the JLo newsletter published in July 2022, the "Gigli" actress previously discussed finding a healthier lifestyle after experiencing severe panic attacks in her late 20s caused by exhaustion. "There was a time in my life where I used to sleep three to five hours a night. I'd be on set all day and in the studio all night and doing junkets and filming videos on the weekends. I was in my late 20s and I thought I was invincible," Jennifer penned.

"Until one day, I was sitting in a trailer, and all the work and the stress it brought with it, coupled with insufficient sleep to recuperate mentally, caught up with me. I was completely frozen," she continued. She said she "couldn't see clearly," and the physical symptoms "started to scare me, and the fear compounded itself," adding, "Now I know it was a classic panic attack brought on by exhaustion, but I had never even heard the term at the time."

She said she went to see her doctor, who told her that the panic attack was caused by not getting enough sleep—seven to nine hours, to be exact—and that she needed to get her "workouts in" if she was going to "do this much work."

Jennifer Lopez has yet to comment on the claims that she is blaming Ben Affleck for adding some weight and is running to the plastic surgeon for liposuction. So, devoted supporters of the celebrity pair should take all these unverified reports lightly until everything is proven true and correct.
