A new report stated that royal renegade Prince Harry is seriously reconsidering his decision to remain in the United States as his legal and immigration issues escalate. The report also claimed that the Duke of Sussex had begged his wife, Meghan Markle, to flee to Canada.

When Prince Harry and the "Suits" alum first retired from royal duties in 2020, they spent several weeks hiding on Vancouver Island before relocating to California, where they now live with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, in celebrity-filled Montecito.

However, Prince Harry reportedly feels the heat of leaving the United States. He discusses how much he enjoys living in Canada and their peaceful stay there. "So now that he's feeling like he needs to escape, he's looking at that as the perfect spot to run to," a person familiar with the matter to Globe.

To recall, the entertainment news outlet reported that, ever since Prince Harry blabbed about his drug use in his memoir "Spare," conservative think tank Heritage Foundation officials have been on a crusade to obtain his visa application to determine whether he lied on the official form.

For starters, drug abuse is considered grounds for disqualification from obtaining a US visa, and the judge in the case is said to be reviewing Prince Harry's documents under seal. Legal scrutiny could force him to flee the country.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump joined in, promising that if reelected, he will not prevent Prince Harry from being deported. “I wouldn’t protect him. He betrayed the queen. That’s unforgivable. He would be on his own if it was down to me,” he told a crowd.

A tipster shared that the disgraced duke is now ready to pull up stakes to avoid giving his enemies “the pleasure” of forcing him out. “Harry accepts that they’ll always need to have a base in California, but he’s starting to really sweat getting dragged into some sort of immigration battle,” it continued.

“From his view, the best way to handle it is to establish residency in another country, with Canada his top choice. He’s always felt pulled toward Canada. He and Meghan were made to feel very welcome there when they first left the U.K. Plus, it’s part of the British Commonwealth so the transition would be very simple,” the same informant stated.

“He doesn’t want to leave California altogether, he just wants to get a home, either on Vancouver Island or outside of Toronto. He loves the Muskoka area. It’s an insurance policy if thing don’t work out in the States. It’s perfect for commuting and it would be great for his brand globally,” it went on.

On the other hand, Meghan Markle has overwhelmingly rejected Prince Harry's escape plan. The insider claims he overheard the Duchess of Sussex telling her husband to stop being a wimp and stand up to the bullies.

There is no word on whether Prince Harry is still considering returning to the United Kingdom. following the cancer diagnosis of King Charles and Kate Middleton. However, it should be noted that the Duke of Sussex had a brief reunion with the King after flying overnight from California to see him after Buckingham Palace announced the monarch's cancer diagnosis earlier in the year.

Prince Harry arrived at Heathrow shortly after midday, following an 11-hour flight from Los Angeles. Despite Meghan's presence in the United States with their two children, Harry was pictured being driven from the airport in a black Range Rover accompanied by a policeman.

The brother of Prince William was driven directly to the king and queen's London home, Clarence House, where King Charles was receiving outpatient treatment for an undisclosed form of cancer, according to The Guardian.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Meghan are wishing Kate well after the Princess of Wales revealed she has cancer. "We wish Kate and her family health and healing, and hope they can do so privately and peacefully," said Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, in a statement obtained by The Hollywood Reporter.

Both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have yet to comment on the reports claiming that the duke’s admission of drug use has set him up for possible deportation. So, avid followers of the Sussex pair should take all these rumors with a pinch of salt until everything is proven true and correct.
