Britney Spears' boyfriend, Paul Soliz, has been accused of being a "deadbeat dad" to at least nine children and neglecting his parental responsibilities in favor of his relationship with the pop star, according to his ex-wife Nicole Mancilla. The couple's relationship was exposed last week after they were photographed outside a Hollywood hotel, prompting Mancilla to speak out against her former spouse.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, Mancilla claimed that Soliz, who previously worked as Spears' house cleaner and handyman, cheated on her with the singer and has not paid child support for their five children. She referred to the 37-year-old as the "EBT Nick Cannon," drawing a comparison to the host's growing family and the use of electronic food stamps.

"My husband fell in Britney Spears' p-y," Mancilla told the Daily Mail. "He was married, and now he denies his children. He neglects his children for her." She further alleged that Soliz has moved in with Spears but maintains his official residence at a small bungalow a few blocks away due to his probation status.

"If he officially lives at her house, they have access to searching her house," Mancilla explained, "so that's why he still has an address here."

Without any financial support from Soliz, Mancilla and their five children reside with her mother, Sandra Smith, in a three-bedroom townhouse. Smith informed the Daily Mail that Soliz has 10 children and does not support any of them, including the one-year-old he shares with Mancilla.

"He's a deadbeat dad," Smith declared. "It's difficult for me, because he doesn't support not one kid. And they're at my house."

Smith expressed her concern for her daughter, stating, "Nicole's torn up by everything. This has been going on for five years. And he doesn't leave her alone, he keeps coming back."

She added, "I wouldn't let him see the kids if it was me. She does, because she wants them to have a dad. But I wouldn't want a dad like that."

Court documents filed by the Los Angeles County Support Services on March 22, 2024, and obtained by Page Six, reveal that Soliz has been ordered to pay $1,167 per month in child support starting May 1, 2024, plus 50 percent of health care costs for three of his children. The documents also state that Soliz earns $2,773 per month, while Mancilla has no income.

The scrutiny surrounding Spears' relationship with Soliz has intensified following an altercation at the Chateau Marmont last week, which resulted in an ambulance being called to the scene. Photos showed a distraught-looking Spears covering herself with a pillow and a blanket as first responders surrounded the couple outside the famed hotel in West Hollywood, California.

While a source told Page Six that Spears ultimately left with security and was "home" and "safe," the singer later claimed on social media that paramedics had come to her hotel room "illegally" and that news of the fight was "fake." She also shared images of a swollen and bruised foot, blaming her mother, Lynne Spears, for the hotel drama without further explanation.

In the wake of the recent events, multiple sources have told Page Six that Spears should have remained under her conservatorship, which was terminated by a Los Angeles judge in November 2021, amid fears that she has turned to illicit substances.

"I hate to say it, but the way this is all going - this is what we feared," one source shared.

Another insider acknowledged that while Spears' father and former conservator, Jamie Spears, was "flawed," the guardianship was put in place in February 2008 "for a reason, and it wasn't because her dad wanted to make some nefarious money grab."
