Kelly Clarkson’s alleged obsession with dieting is bringing her closer and closer to complete and utter collapse. The “American Idol” alum is acting erratic both onstage and offstage, a new report claimed.

A terrifying video taken during Kelly's most recent performance in Atlantic City shows the American Idol, who is 42 years old, fighting to keep her composure. According to reports, her "wobbly state of mind" was on full display during the performance.

“Sure, she lost the weight, but everyone’s worried she’s going overboard. She hasn’t been herself at all lately. She’s shaky on stage, she’s jittery, her moods are all over the place — and she looks gaunt because her cheeks are sunken in. It’s not good!” an unnamed source told Globe Magazine.

During the beginning of her performance, the singer of "Since U Been Gone" revealed to the audience that she was in a "weird mood." Kelly had recently announced that she had taken a weight reduction medication in order to assist her in losing over sixty pounds.

After some time had passed, she experienced a malfunction in her outfit, and then Kelly forgot the lyrics to her song "Mine!" It has been brought to attention that her close circle is "blaming her extreme diet" and encouraging her to consume more food.

“She used to be on top of her game, so to hear her forget lyrics and go off on a tangent in front of her audience is distressing. She’s skipping meals. She’s not getting enough nutrients. She has no energy. It’s like she’s faking being excited!” the insider stated.

Her unhappiness is allegedly compounded by the fact that she is still unable to "shake the trauma" of her failed marriage to her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock, who is 47 years old. Snitches shriek.

“It keeps her up at night. It’s an emotional roller coaster she can’t get off!” the informant said.

Despite the fact that the couple reached a settlement in March 2022 over their contentious divorce, the "Miss Independent" singer is still the primary caregiver for their children, River Rose, who is nine years old, and Remington Alexander, who is eight years old. However, their legal battle is not yet done.

“Kelly’s friends are doing their best to support her. But they miss the lively, heavier girl they used to know!” the tipster shared.

Meanwhile, the dispute between Kelly and her ex-husband Brandon regarding the millions of dollars in commission that Brandon paid himself as her manager has resulted in a secret settlement by the two parties.

Documents filed with the court indicate that Kelly submitted a request to dismiss the action on Tuesday, May 21, while Starstruck Management Group, which is Brandon's company, submitted a request to dismiss the case on May 22. It has been confirmed to Rolling Stone by a source who is close to the matter that "everything has settled."

Due to the private agreement, the parties will no longer be required to appear in court for the public bench trial that was recently slated to take place toward the end of August. The purpose of the potentially gruesome trial was to ascertain whether or not Brandon had broken the law when he obtained arrangements for Kelly, such as her judging gig on NBC's The Voice, and then paid himself commissions linked to those deals.

Kelly was awarded $2.6 million after a California Labor Commissioner issued the initial ruling on the dispute in November of last year. The commissioner mostly sided with Kelly. In December of last year, Brandon filed an appeal against the ruling, which created the conditions for the so-called "de novo" trial to take place in state court. This refers to a new trial that begins from the very beginning.

During the month of September in the year 2020, Starstruck initiated the legal conflict by filing a lawsuit against Kelly, alleging that she had violated the terms of her oral management agreement and that she had not been paid commissions. Following the filing, which occurred three months after Kelly filed for divorce from Brandon, the singer-songwriter and television personality went on to file a petition with the California labor commission against Brandon and Starstruck.

A labor commissioner issued a verdict in November of last year that ordered Brandon to reimburse Kelly $2.6 million. The hearing, which took place over the course of several days and included witnesses, took place in March of 2023.

It was discovered by the commissioner that Blackstock had collected money on many projects, which is a violation of the Talent Agencies Act of California. This act prevents anybody other than certified talent agents from acquiring engagements for professional artists. One of the projects was Clarkson's participation as a judge on “The Voice.” Other projects included promotional arrangements with a cruise company and a store of home goods called Wayfair.

The commissioner made a decision that was favorable to Brandon, determining that he was permitted to keep the approximately $750,000 in commissions for “The Kelly Clarkson Show” that the singer had requested that he reimburse. A recent order from the court stated that the fees for the daytime talk program, along with everything else, were going to be brought back into the discussion during the future trial that will take place in August.
