In a new house tour video that featured Jennifer Garner's own Los Angeles residence, it appears that she made a snide comment about the estate that Jennifer Lopez and her ex-husband Ben Affleck once owned, which was valued at sixty million dollars.

Through a video that was released on Tuesday, September 3, for Architectural Digest, the actress who plays the role of "13 Going on 30" provided her followers with a glimpse of both the interior and exterior of her farm-style home.

An orchard, a library, a vegetable house, and a "slumber party room" were among the entertaining additional areas that were included on the tour. Other rooms that were included in the tour included the dining room, the kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

In the course of the video, Jennifer appears to have made a number of oblique references to the enormous Beverly Hills residence that Ben, who is 52 years old, and J. Lo, who is 55 years old, purchased in May 2023 and put up for sale in July of this year for $68 million.

“I realized that I was going to need to move out of a dream house kind of scenario. I looked and looked for a house to move into, but I needed privacy, and any house that had privacy was more grand than I felt comfortable in,” Jennifer said of her home, which she built on a lot “from scratch.”

Before Ben and J. Lo finally settled on the extravagant mansion with twelve bedrooms and twenty-four bathrooms, they spent two years looking for the house of their dreams.

“They want privacy, and they want to live the good life,” an unnamed source told In Touch Weekly of the now-estranged spouses’ home goals in August 2021.

“You don’t need some huge old screening room. We’re pretty happy here,” Jen said of her library/TV room in the AD house tour video. Ben and J. Lo's estate was renowned for having a sizable theater on the premises.

"Not a space I needed a ton of room devoted to," Jennifer said about her master bedroom, which appeared to be significantly smaller in comparison to the one in her ex's former Beverly Hills house. Jennifer was referring to the fact that her master bedroom was much smaller.

The news that Ben had moved out of the mansion in the midst of marital problems with the "Jenny From the Block" hitmaker was reported and published in an exclusive article by Touch Weekly on May 15.

“The writing is on the wall – it’s over. They’re headed for a divorce – and for once, [Ben’s] not to blame!” the anonymous insider told the entertainment news outlet.

During the time when J. Lo was supposedly looking for a property on her own in another part of Los Angeles, the star of "Good Will Hunting" moved into a rental home in Brentwood, California, that cost $100,000. This was done so that she could be closer to Jen and their three children, Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12. The mansion was then put up for sale on July 11 at a price of $68 million, as revealed by In Touch at the time.

Following a marriage that lasted for two years, J. Lo filed for divorce from Ben on August 20, according to a confirmation from In Touch. On the second anniversary of their second wedding, which took place at Ben's estate in Georgia, she filed the paperwork for the divorce with the Los Angeles Superior Court.

The star of “Wedding Planner” reported that the date of their divorce was April 26, 2024, and they submitted their petition pro per, which means without the assistance of an attorney. The petition that J. Lo submitted did not include any indication that she and Ben had a prenuptial agreement.

It has been stated that the actress from Atlas is still residing in the Beverly Hills house; nevertheless, a source explained to PEOPLE Magazine on August 28 that she does not feel "comfortable" in that location.

“She and Ben bought the house for the whole family. It’s way too big for her and filled with too many memories as well,” the insider said.
