It was reported in a fresh allegation that the screen siren Halle Berry is concerned that a former colleague may have colluded with her ex-husband to secretly take compromising photographs of her as part of an extensive child custody extortion scheme.
An extended custody dispute has been going on between the actress and the French actor Olivier Martinez. She has accused him of violating their co-parenting agreement in a number of different ways, including skipping their son Maceo's summer therapy sessions. These allegations have been made by the actress.
Olivier was accused of trying to "dig up negative information" by enlisting an ex-employee named "Erica to memorialize her interactions with Maceo" and sharing them with the child's therapist, Dr. Amy Goldman, in a declaration that was five pages long. She made this accusation in a declaration.
“I recently received a copy of Erica’s email to Dr. Goldman, in which ‘per Olivier’s request,’ wanted to have a ‘confidential conversation’ with Dr. Goldman regarding her time in my household,” Halle said in the docs filed in Los Angeles Superior court, as per The National Enquirer.
“Through the lawsuit, I have initiated against Erica for violating the terms of her employment contract, I have learned that (1) Olivier pressured Erica to reach out to Dr. Goldman by leveraging a referral for employment and requested that she send him photos and videos recorded during her employment; (2) that Olivier told Erica exactly what to say to Dr. Goldman,” the actress went on.
Their divorce fight carried on until 2023, despite the fact that they had been married for two years prior to their separation taking place in 2015. According to reports, Olivier made the decision on his own to take a break from Maceo's treatment and co-parenting sessions, which led to the altercation that broke out this summer. The insiders felt that Olivier had a grudge against his ex-girlfriend, which was the catalyst for the fight that broke out.
In addition, Halle asserted that Olivier engaged in "obstructionist conduct" in an effort to take advantage of her in order to raise money for his legal fees, as per HOLA Magazine. Olivier, on the other hand, asserted that the celebrities are not providing him with the time to prepare for the hearing and are preventing him from being able to defend himself by refusing to pay for his legal representation.
