During his speech at a rally in Pennsylvania, Donald Trump once again brought up Kamala Harris' summer job at McDonald's.

The vice president's employment history at the renowned fast-food restaurant has been a topic of discussion during her 2024 election campaign, both in political advertisements and at events, OK! Magazine reported.

Nevertheless, Trump, who is 78 years old, has maintained that she created the position ever since a false rumor circulated on social media that McDonald's corporate allegedly declared that they had no trace of her employment there.

McDonald's did not issue a public statement regarding the matter, as validated by fact-checking sources. Despite the fact that the allegation that she never worked at the restaurant remains unverified, Trump has continued to assert it as fact at his campaign events, as per TIME Magazine.

"You have lyin' Kamala. She lies about everything, including where she worked, remember? 'I worked so hard at McDonald's, it was unbelievable,'" he made fun of Harris at a recent rally. "She said she worked like a dog in McDonald's and it never happened. She didn't work there. She’s a no good liar."

As the video of Trump's most recent food-themed tirade was shared on X, which was previously known as Twitter, MAGA critics belittled the former president's peculiar interest in the subject, The New York Times reported.

One individual remarked, "Donald is obsessed with Harris working at McDonald’s because the concept of a student being able to get a job from anyone other than their own daddy is so foreign to him."

A different user made a joke about his well-documented affection for the fast-food establishment, stating, "I don't understand why he's so triggered by this. It's not like she said she ATE McDonalds. That's still all for him."

"I can’t imagine what goes on inside his head that he thinks latching on to this just to call her a liar when he lies nonstop is a good idea," Another critic made a comment, and a fourth critic responded. "Nobody can be as good a liar as DJT. That is surely one thing he actually excels at."

This occurred subsequent to Trump's declaration that he was an honest individual during a recent podcast interview, which elicited an instantaneous fit of laughter from the host.

"So they can say what they want. I have a hard time doing it to them, because … I’m basically a truthful person," he stated. "No, but frankly, she’s [Harris] given me so much ammunition, I don’t really have to [lie]."
