Kanye West is not something that Kim Kardashian cares about. The founder of Skims and her "entire family" are reportedly "absolutely livid" as additional allegations about her ex-husband's "sexual kinks" emerge in a lawsuit brought by a former employee of Yeezy.
“[Kim] has tried her best to maintain a healthy coparenting relationship with Kanye, but it’s taking everything in her not to speak out right now,” an unnamed source told In Touch Weekly.
Kim, who is 44 years old, and Ye, who is 47 years old, have been co-parenting since their divorce in 2021. They have four children together: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
As a result of Lauren Pisciotta, West's former assistant, filing a lawsuit on October 11 accusing the rapper of "Can't Tell Me Nothing" of sexual assault during a studio session that Sean "Diddy" Combs co-hosted, tensions are increasing between the couple.
Pisciotta, who worked for the Chicago native from 2021 to 2022, asserted that she was the victim of "sexual battery" at the hand of the Grammy winner after she consumed something that he had given to her that had reportedly been laced; she claimed that she was the victim of the incident.
In addition, Pisciotta made several disturbing assertions, one of which was that Ye had a "kink" for sleeping with the mothers of his partners. As reported by Daily Mail, Lauren asserted in the petition that Ye had allegedly informed his wife, Bianca Censori, that he desired to have sexual relations with her mother. Still, Bianca, who is 29 years old, did not consent to the idea.
Alexandra Censori, Bianca's mother, responded directly to the allegations and stated to the publication on October 14 that she "wouldn't be drawn into the latest claims about her son-in-law" before demanding solitude.
The complaint was a supplement to a prior lawsuit that Pisciotta had filed, in which she claimed that she had been terminated without cause. These allegations were refuted by West's legal team, who responded by asserting that Pisciotta had sexually pursued West to obtain employment and other financial rewards.
According to a report that was published in Us Weekly on October 13, West said that after Pisciotta's "advances were rejected," she eventually attempted to "blackmail him."
“In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta,” West’s lawyers said. “Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved.”
The lawsuit against the founder of Yeezy comes at a time when Diddy is facing several legal issues due to his arrest on September 16. With a long list of allegations, including allegations of manipulating and luring women to participate in "Freak Offs," which were organized events involving sexual activities with female victims and male commercial sex workers, the artist known for "Last Night," who is 54 years old, was charged with sex trafficking and racketeering.
Diddy is also facing a long list of accusations. According to the allegations that have been made against him, Diddy "arranged, directed, and masturbated during" the sexual performances, and he frequently filmed them.
“To do so, [Diddy] relied on the employees, resources and influence of the multi-faceted business empire that he led and controlled — creating a criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in, and attempted to engage in, among other crimes, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice,” the legal documents read.
Diddy has maintained his innocence amid the allegations, with his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, stating to TMZ on September 17, “We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community.”
On October 1, more allegations emerged against Diddy, accusing him of sexually assaulting 120 individuals, including minors, at the time of the alleged incidents.
Diddy's attorney, Erica Wolff, told TMZ in a statement at the time that while Diddy's legal team has highlighted that he cannot address every meritless complaint in what has become a reckless media circus, he cannot address every one of them.
With that being said, Diddy completely and unequivocally refutes any claim that he sexually assaulted anyone, including minors, and he does so in a manner that is both false and defamatory. He eagerly anticipates the opportunity to demonstrate his innocence and vindicate himself in court if claims are brought forward and served. This setting will establish the truth based on evidence rather than speculation.
