Music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs has reportedly required guests at his infamous "Freak Off" parties to sign strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), ensuring they remain silent about anything they see or hear for an extended period. According to a document obtained by TMZ, these NDAs bar attendees from sharing any information about Combs, his family, partners, or associates, and impose stringent restrictions on recording, photographing, or discussing party details on social media or through other means without Combs' written consent.

The scope of the NDA is significant. It restricts guests from revealing any party details for "the life of the artist plus 20 years after their death," meaning those who attended are legally bound to silence for up to 70 years. The NDA's existence has drawn particular attention following Combs' recent legal issues, which include charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Combs, currently awaiting a May 2025 trial date, has denied all charges, and his legal team has maintained his innocence.

Combs' lawyer, Tony Buzbee, stated, "Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone-adult or minor, man or woman."

The NDA's restrictions reportedly even prohibit attendees from writing books or conducting interviews related to their experiences at these gatherings. Guests, including numerous celebrities such as Ashton Kutcher, who once hinted at his knowledge of such parties, were required to sign the document to attend. Kutcher, during a 2019 interview on Hot Ones, hinted at the strict limitations imposed by the NDA, saying, "Wow. Okay, I've got a lot I can't tell... I can't tell that one either," when asked about a memory from one of Combs' parties.

The restrictive agreement is one element in a growing list of allegations and revelations surrounding Combs, whose arrest in September brought further scrutiny to his private events. Photos and videos from these gatherings, often attended by high-profile guests such as the Kardashian family, Usher, and Justin Bieber, emerged following his arrest, sparking widespread curiosity about what went on at these events.

Adding to the intrigue, new civil lawsuits were recently filed against Combs by attorney Tony Buzbee, who claims to represent 120 individuals alleging a range of crimes committed over the years at Combs' parties. According to Buzbee's filings, at least seven victims were allegedly assaulted at these gatherings, with one now-37-year-old woman claiming that Combs and two other celebrities assaulted her after a 2000 MTV Video Music Awards afterparty. The motion further asserts that multiple attendees were drugged at these events.

Combs' legal troubles began escalating when his former girlfriend, Casandra "Cassie" Ventura, accused him of rape and physical abuse in November 2023. Although Combs settled the case within 24 hours, video footage surfaced showing the producer in a violent altercation with Ventura, compelling him to issue a public apology.

As Combs remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, the existence of the stringent NDA serves as a reminder of the secrecy surrounding his parties. RadarOnline reports that Buzbee's most recent legal motion contends that Combs' associates have been complicit in covering up his alleged actions. However, his legal team has responded confidently, emphasizing their belief in the judicial process and stating, "The truth will prevail."
