The young boy, only six years old, wrote a heartfelt letter in memory of his grandparents on the "Kindness Tree" outside of Westminster Abbey.
According to Daily Mail, during the fourth annual Together at Christmas carol service, which took place on Friday, December 6, the youngest son of Princess Kate Middleton and Prince William sent a heartfelt tribute to his grandparents.
A letter was left on the "Kindness Tree" set up outside Westminster Abbey in London, the location of the Christmas event. The child, who was six years old and attended the event with his siblings Prince George, who is eleven years old, and Princess Charlotte, who is nine years old, left the note.
"Thank you to Granny and Grandpa because they have played games with me," he penned on the note, referring to his maternal grandparents, Carole and Michael Middleton, per PEOPLE.
After first disclosing in March that she was having cancer treatment, the Princess of Wales, who is 42 years old, announced in a private video on September 9 that she had finished chemotherapy.
