High-profile attorney Tony Buzbee, known for his recent lawsuits against music moguls Sean "Diddy" Combs and Jay-Z, is now facing allegations of a personal nature. A woman identified as "Jane Doe" filed a lawsuit in New York Supreme Court, claiming that Buzbee infected her with a sexually transmitted disease during their relationship, which allegedly began in 2018 after an online meeting.

According to the court document, obtained by Business Times, Buzbee charmed the plaintiff during their initial interactions and invited her to Houston for dinner and a show. Following the outing, the two reportedly stayed at a five-star hotel, where they engaged in sexual activity. The plaintiff alleges that Buzbee failed to disclose that he had a venereal disease, which she later contracted.

The woman claims she experienced "uncomfortable sensations around her groin" the next day and sought medical advice. Her doctor confirmed the presence of a sexually transmitted infection, which she believes was contracted from Buzbee. Upon informing him, she alleges that Buzbee admitted knowledge of his condition, apologized, and urged her to keep the matter private, offering free legal advice in exchange.

Despite her initial distress, the plaintiff continued to see Buzbee, alleging that he manipulated her to maintain secrecy. She claims he invited her on trips to Panama and New York City, where their relationship continued. However, during one of their trips to New York, the plaintiff alleges Buzbee became "physically violent," shoving a champagne flute into her face during an altercation at a bar. She says she has medical and dental records substantiating her injuries, including a chipped tooth.

Buzbee, for his part, has strongly denied the allegations. Speaking to TMZ, the attorney described the lawsuit as a "false, frivolous, laughable, and ridiculous" attempt to intimidate him into abandoning his high-profile cases against Diddy and Jay-Z. He claimed the lawsuit is part of a broader conspiracy to discredit him and vowed to take legal action against the plaintiff and her attorney. "This will be dismissed like other baseless suits," Buzbee asserted the suit will be dismissed along like other suits.

The case has further complicated an already tumultuous period for the attorney, who has been making headlines for representing clients accusing Diddy and Jay-Z of serious misconduct, including sexual assault and trafficking. Buzbee's involvement in these high-stakes cases has drawn both media attention and criticism, with detractors questioning his motives and methods.

The allegations against Buzbee mirror broader themes in his own legal work. In his lawsuits against Diddy and Jay-Z, he has represented accusers alleging manipulation, coercion, and abuse of power. Critics suggest that this new lawsuit could undermine his credibility in those cases, while supporters argue it may be an orchestrated attempt to derail his efforts.
