Celine Dion made a rare public appearance this week, attending a Tomorrow's Golf League (TGL) event in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., alongside her 14-year-old twin sons, Nelson and Eddy Angélil. The 56-year-old singer, who has been battling stiff-person syndrome since 2022, appeared in good spirits as she interacted with fans and sports figures, including Tiger Woods.
Dion was photographed smiling at the TGL match between Atlanta Drive GC and Jupiter Links GC on March 4, wearing a white button-down, dark wash jeans, and gold accessories. She tied her hair back in a slick bun, allowing her natural gray roots to show. Her sons, dressed in khakis and polo shirts, stood beside her throughout the event.
"Fore! Celine enjoyed an evening with family and friends checking out the new @tglgolf league earlier this week," Dion's official Instagram account captioned a series of photos, which included a throwback image of the singer and Woods from more than 20 years ago.

During an interview with ESPN's Marty Smith, Dion delighted fans with an impromptu performance of her iconic song My Heart Will Go On, playfully modifying the lyrics to fit the golfing theme. "Near... far... wherever you are, I believe that my ball will go on," she sang, eliciting cheers from the crowd. She then encouraged Smith to sing along. "You're not bad," she quipped, complimenting the broadcaster's effort.
The French-Canadian superstar has largely stepped back from public performances since revealing her diagnosis, which forced her to cancel her world tour. However, she made a high-profile appearance at the Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony last year, delivering a moving rendition of Edith Piaf's Hymne A L'Amour.
Fans took to social media to celebrate Dion's appearance at the event, with many expressing relief to see her looking healthy. "You look so great," one fan wrote. Another commented, "Happy to see you healthy and happy, Celine! ."
Just days after her TGL outing, Dion addressed another pressing issue-unauthorized AI-generated music being distributed under her name. On March 7, she released a statement warning fans about fraudulent recordings circulating online.
"It has come to our attention that unsanctioned, AI-generated music purporting to contain Celine Dion's musical performances, and name and likeness, is currently circulating online and across various Digital Service Providers," read the message on her Instagram account. "Please be advised that these recordings are fake and not approved, and are not songs from her official discography."
The rise of AI-generated content has become a growing concern in the music industry, with artists and labels pushing for stricter regulations to prevent misleading or unauthorized use of their voices. Dion's team has not disclosed whether they will take legal action against platforms distributing the AI-generated material.
Despite stepping away from the stage, Dion has remained engaged with her fans, sharing personal updates and glimpses into her life. On December 31, she posted a heartfelt message thanking supporters for their unwavering encouragement and teasing new possibilities for 2025. "Your love and energy inspire me every day," she wrote. "Here's to endless possibilities in the coming year."
